Holschuh made the whole accident as painless as it could be. The staff was so helpful, kind, and I've never been in an accident before so they answered all my questions. The location is also a rental car drop off point so that made it easy as well. The only way it could have been easier was if the person never hit my car. lol. Top notch customer service and repairs. Would not go anywhere else. We have a new black SUV that had gotten a noticeable door ding that included a dent and paint chip (down to white). We first took it to the Lexus dealer for repair; they placed a dollop of black paint over the chip and called it fixed. We then took it to Holschuh. They not only removed the dent , but buffed the chip area so that it's not even visible! Jim, the owner, and Paul, the manager, offer customer service that is rare...always professional, always friendly, always true to their word and superior work. If you rent a BUDGET Moving truck from HOLSCHUH Collision Center MAKE SURE you check the fuel level before leaving. I rented a 24FT vehicle on 5/4/16 and was told it was filled with fuel. I drove 89 miles, and had to refuel with 20 gallons of diesel. When I refueled, I thought the truck was guzzeling fuel because of my load, and drove the last leg of my trip: approx 170 miles. I was shocked when I refueled before turning the vehicle back -- as it only used 6 gals of diesel for the final leg. I have the receipts to prove the purchases of fuel and the miles driven that validate that the vehicle was well below FULL, but after I complained to HOLSCHUH and told them I would provide the receipts etc, they said they had no interest in making this right. BOTTOM LINE: They will RIPPPPP you off ... check the fuel level level before you leave if you're forced to use this company. If you like your hard earned cash, stay away from HOLSCHUH!!!!!!!!!! read more

Jim and his team found a way to fit in my vehicle on short notice after a deer smashed my headlight a few days before I was due to return to school out of state. They went out of their way to ensure I could be safely on my way for the start of the semester. Based on a recommendation from our trusted mechanic, HIs advice was if you want it done right, his is the place to go, if you don't care about auality and timing, there are other places to consider, now that the repair is done, w are extreemly happy with the QUlitry, but even more impressedd with the service and treatment we received from Paul. Collision repair is not something many of u do regularly, but Paul took the msystery and uncertainty out of this, he took care of ll insurance contacts andfollow ups, even had renal ready for us in the events we needed it. Paul took the ime to explain he flow and timing so we could plan ans to our suprise despit all he work they were dealing with they managed to slide in our repair and completed the project a couple weeks sooner than i expected. While i hope we never have another collision repair need. I now have the comfort of knowing where i can go for qauality thorough service. read more

Unfortunately the last review by the customer is incorrect. The customer signed the paper but the fuel gauge read fool and chose not to complain until he got to a dealer two days later and Illinois. Very hard for us to rectify a situation after a customer has traveled that many miles. Sorry for all the good customers we have that had to read that.
