Staples- first off Ty for adding Amazon returns to your stores…read more Second whoever is the manager, please give Sean a big raise. I normally don't review employees but he really went above and beyond. There were multiple people in line from purchasing. Amazon returns and passport pictures. He was able to keep everyone calm, was soooooo efficient and got to everyone in a timely manner. Give him that well deserved raise!

I really want to rely on this location for my professional and creative projects, but after…read moremultiple attempts, the inconsistency has become impossible to ignore. For a "pro-level" printing hub, the experience consistently falls short of the mark. Here are the primary pain points that continue to stall my workflow: * Knowledge Gaps & Technical Friction: There is a significant disparity in the expertise of the staff. When you are paying for professional print services, you expect the team to understand paper weights, bleed margins, and finish types. Unfortunately, I often find myself explaining the basics of my own file requirements to staff who seem unfamiliar with their own equipment's capabilities. * Online Order Discrepancies: The online ordering system allows you to select specific dimensions and finishing options, yet these instructions are frequently ignored. Most recently, I requested a custom cut for a project--a service clearly offered and paid for online--only to be told at pickup that they "don't do that here" or "the machine is down." It defeats the purpose of "Store Pickup" if the project isn't actually ready to the requested specifications. * Operational Silos: The biggest hurdle is the lack of cross-training. If the dedicated print associate is on a break or off-shift, the rest of the floor staff is either unable or unwilling to assist. I've stood at an empty counter while multiple employees walked by, only to be told that no one else has the login or the training to simply hand over a completed order or check a status. The Bottom Line: If you have a simple, standard-sized document to print, you might be fine. But for anything involving custom dimensions, professional finishing, or a tight deadline, the lack of accountability and technical skill makes this location a gamble. Until they invest in better staff training and bridge the gap between their online promises and in-store execution, I'll be taking my business to a dedicated local print shop.

I absolutely love the Milpitas Fedex team! Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. Rahsaan is…read morethe GOAT! He helped me with all my prints for my wedding and it came out better than I envisioned! Even if my graphics may not be the correct size or quality, he doesn't just print as it is; he checks in and makes sure that the end product is always quality work! He goes above and beyond! Thank you so much, Rahsaan!

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with FedEx…read more I went into the FedEx location on Friday specifically because I needed an overnight package delivered on Saturday. I explained this to the employee at the counter, and he showed me the available Saturday delivery options. I selected the 10:00 AM Saturday delivery service and paid $136 for this service. Before paying, I specifically asked him more than once, "Are you sure this will be delivered Saturday by 10:00 AM? What happens if it isn't?" He assured me that it would arrive by 10:00 AM and told me that if it did not, I would be eligible for a refund. Based on that information, I paid the $136 because the Saturday delivery was important to me. The package did not arrive on Saturday at 10:00 AM as promised. It was not delivered until Monday, which was not the delivery service I paid for or the delivery date I was promised. The frustrating part is that I specifically asked questions before paying because the Saturday delivery was important to me. I was given a clear assurance about the delivery time and refund, yet now I've been going back and forth through phone calls trying to get my money back and getting nowhere. I also attempted to file a claim online, but the system isn't working properly and isn't giving me a clear way to resolve the issue. Even the FedEx location where I originally paid for the service has not been able to help me get my money back. I paid $136 for a service that was specifically represented to me as a Saturday 10:00 AM delivery, and instead the package arrived on Monday. When the service wasn't provided as promised, I expected the refund I was told I would receive. Instead, I'm having to spend additional time chasing FedEx just to get the resolution I was promised. The delivery failure is one problem, but the lack of customer service and difficulty getting the promised refund has made this experience especially frustrating. If FedEx is going to charge customers a premium for guaranteed or time-sensitive delivery, they need to actually provide that service and make the refund process straightforward when they don't.
