Staples- first off Ty for adding Amazon returns to your stores…read more Second whoever is the manager, please give Sean a big raise. I normally don't review employees but he really went above and beyond. There were multiple people in line from purchasing. Amazon returns and passport pictures. He was able to keep everyone calm, was soooooo efficient and got to everyone in a timely manner. Give him that well deserved raise!

I really want to rely on this location for my professional and creative projects, but after…read moremultiple attempts, the inconsistency has become impossible to ignore. For a "pro-level" printing hub, the experience consistently falls short of the mark. Here are the primary pain points that continue to stall my workflow: * Knowledge Gaps & Technical Friction: There is a significant disparity in the expertise of the staff. When you are paying for professional print services, you expect the team to understand paper weights, bleed margins, and finish types. Unfortunately, I often find myself explaining the basics of my own file requirements to staff who seem unfamiliar with their own equipment's capabilities. * Online Order Discrepancies: The online ordering system allows you to select specific dimensions and finishing options, yet these instructions are frequently ignored. Most recently, I requested a custom cut for a project--a service clearly offered and paid for online--only to be told at pickup that they "don't do that here" or "the machine is down." It defeats the purpose of "Store Pickup" if the project isn't actually ready to the requested specifications. * Operational Silos: The biggest hurdle is the lack of cross-training. If the dedicated print associate is on a break or off-shift, the rest of the floor staff is either unable or unwilling to assist. I've stood at an empty counter while multiple employees walked by, only to be told that no one else has the login or the training to simply hand over a completed order or check a status. The Bottom Line: If you have a simple, standard-sized document to print, you might be fine. But for anything involving custom dimensions, professional finishing, or a tight deadline, the lack of accountability and technical skill makes this location a gamble. Until they invest in better staff training and bridge the gap between their online promises and in-store execution, I'll be taking my business to a dedicated local print shop.

Staff is very good. Thank you Alyssa for always being attentive and helpful in the print section…read more The parking here is a disaster, but never had an issue with outgoing packages.

I've been here in this location years ago and I remember how employees here was so rude,…read moreunprofessional and doesn't care to help at all. Now after maybe 5 years I was hoping it improved and wow "NEVER" it stayed consistently rude and ignored customers with their needs. I was on the line and this young asian girl gosh the way she present herself and her rude tone to the customer infront of me. Are they trying to be bitches and just strait out mean? It also seems like they are comfortable talking to customers this way that you can tell they are comfortable with the way they handle rude customer service. When it was my turn to get a service. It was an older mean witch. I was going to return a package and she instructed me to go to one of those printer and send it to fedexprint email so when I get the code she said comeback to her and she will print the label. But anyway I am an old school and ask if she can help and she said..No thats your problem she said with a pure shock on my face. So I went to the printer and theres a nice customer next to me who help me from start to finished. He was so helpful and he printed the label. So I went back to the line and I showed the girl the label if she can taped it up. And this asian young girl gave me a lecture me feeling like a kid that I should just get the code and she will be the one to print. I told her sorry I was so confused and she went on bitching that next time I should do that. Can you imagine this people working here feels like customers need them and than them needing to have a good customer service for the business to thrive. I won't ever ever come here again! If anyone wanted to have a bad day then this is your place! People working here should be oriented of good customer service young and old. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star.
