This was the worst experience I have ever had anywhere dealing with a business offering any kind of…read moreservices. I had a disturbing experience with a hard drive recovery request involving important music project files here. The agreement was that I would pay $300 if three specific files were successfully recovered. When I came in to inspect them, the first two appeared corrupted/unusable. I asked to check the third file and said I would still pay the full $300 if even that one file worked. The technician Henry refused to let me verify the third file. While it was already loading/opening on my computer, he unplugged the hard drive. After that, when he connected it to his own computer, the drive stopped showing up. He also accused me of trying to copy the files by inspecting them, checked my computer, and refused to immediately return my original hard drive, saying he needed to "fix" it and delete the recovered folder before he can return it to me. I called the police, but they said it would need to be handled as a civil matter because of the contract. I'm sharing this so others can be informed. In my experience, I was not allowed to fully inspect the recovered files before payment, the drive stopped mounting after it was unplugged by him forcefully during inspection, and I was not able to leave with my original hard drive afterward and was told with a smirk that he will try his best to get it done as soon as possible. WARNING (Long Review) I had problems with the POWERSPEC…read morebrand a couple of times and was very dissatisfied. I even had to cough up some money to get another pc with the same specs. Due to pc part prices going up rampantly. This was after my original pc had the same issue twice. Which one time it was covered under the warranty. The next time they recommended getting another one. Which they didn't have, so I had to buy a more expensive one with the same parts and pay the difference. I was not happy. Once I got the NEW pc, it was going great until a month in. The pc then gave me an error message saying "pc ran to a problem and issue can't be resolved". On my final trip up to MC, I told the manager everything and he agreed that the upcharge for the difference of the two pcs was silly. He then worked with me and I got store credit. Hao and Davis the manager helped me pick the parts that would stay in my budget of the last pc without sacrificing performance. They're building it in house now. What started out as a not so great experience, turned into a great experience. SHOUTOUT to Davis for being fair and understanding towards my situation. I will recommend friends to MC. :)

I was referred to this place by an employee at Game-Stop in Snellville, in which I explained that…read moremy XBox 360 was experiencing a "disk-read error." I asked if they had any type of disc that I could insert into the drive to have it clean out the XBox. The employee was honest and said it would be a waste of money and it sounded like a simple fix, which he told me about this place (Grayson Computer) that would be able to fix the problem for half the cost and it wouldn't take as long, as opposed to sending it off to Microsoft. In any case, I met the store owner (Jay Lowrance) and he was very professional, courtesy, friendly, and knowledgeable. Getting to the point, he was able to fix the disc drive on my Xbox at a very reasonable price and I was able to get my system back in about 9 days. I highly recommend anyone who is experiencing issues with their PCs, etc. and especially with their gaming systems, to visit Jay over at Grayson Computer.
