Convenient. A little pricey though... When I went to fill up yesterday, there was no sign on the pump saying that the regular and premium were out of order. The pump only had the medium grade available.... which I didn't know 'til after I opened my tank, did my credit card and zip code, etc. By that point, I figured I was already there and committed (and there was a car ahead of me, so I wasn't going anywhere any time soon). A sign would have been nice. One thing that's nice is they have the 24 oz BodyArmour sports drinks -- two for $4, and that includes the BodyArmour Lite (without added colors, sugar, etc). 2020: 7/100 read more

Zero stars! Stay far from this place! The worst workers in the world! They are always having a party inside the store with all their little buddies while being rude to customers. And the bathroom has been "out of order" for how many years? But they themselves still use the restrooms and tell customers its broken when they just walked out still pulling their panties up. Crooks... paid for a "Prestige" car wash at $18.00 which includes a vacuum & hand drying. Turns out the employees that give the "Prestige"'part leave at 5:00. We purchased at 4:56pm. Khalid, an employee, tells us we can come back for 60 days. We say ok and drive around to punch in the code and it says it's invalid code. I went and got Khalid and showed him our car, which was still parked in front of the code machine - dirty. He looked at the car and told us to drive through - he would help us. Uh no. He basically said we were lying although we still had a dirty car and witnesses in front and in back of us who told him we never went through the wash. He said he couldn't give us a refund or a new code because he wasn't authorized. After much arguing and him not willing to do anything for us, we left frustrated with the owners number - which is the store number. Good luck trying to get any resolution. The guy behind us also faced the same thing. Beware. read more

The only reason you get a one star is so I can leave this very unsettling yelp review. Car washes at this self serve are VERY expensive in my opinion. My car is dirty, it's open, I guess I'll give it a shot. I decide to get the second most expensive self serve wash at $14. I reach into my wallet, grab a $10 bill and four $1's. Totaling $14. Nope machine reads, apply 2 more dollars. Ok this isn't what I asked for.... My partner goes inside to see if we can find a resolution. Some lousy mop guy comes out and says, "nope you are mistaken, you owe it 2 more dollars." Either he's calling me a liar or stupid- to which I am neither. I apply my $2 because lousy mop guy has no customer service under his belt. I put the car in park and I begin my Yelp rant. 2 sentences in and it's done. I literally watched the brush go over my car once and done. As you can see I'm not short on words. I was 2 sentences in! I put my yelp down and drive to the front where the clerk, to whom had called himself a lousy mop guy, and I demand to be sent through the proper way. He's says, "sorry lady, you drove through too fast. Not my fault. Can't help you." Apply angry emoji here. Now the one with fire coming through his head. Are you kidding me!? I demand him to call his manger to fix this now. Well I guess the manger can not be disturbed at 10:15 at night. Mop guy tells me to come back tomorrow. Is my time and my extra $2 not worth it? These guys just want to take you for your money. Don't be desperate like I was. Their lack of customer service is unacceptable and pathetic. I went here to get gas and went to pay inside and asked the clerk was i on 12 or 11. He looked on camera and said what car? DUH! My car was the only one there but i said the black car. He responded with there are a lot if black cars out there. Now is he dumb or what. We were only speaking of pump 11/12. So i looked out and i had the only black car there. So i go to pump my gas, pump still not on. I wait a few and still pump off. I walk back in to sew what the problem is and he is talking with other clerk with my money still in his hand. Thievery. Incredibly overpriced across all products. Don't fall for the 0.10 / gallon up-charge for credit to pump gas. That's a 4% increase in fee. The credit card companies rarely charge merchants that high an amount. The rest they pocket. Think about it... a passenger vehicle filled with 12 gallons. At 2.50/gallon for credit and 2.40/ gallon for cash you're being robbed $1.20 just for using your card. ARCO charges a flat rate of $0.45 for using debit. Plus if you want to get cash at their ATM it's an obscene fee plus your bank fee if you have one. Gas is already expensive enough to pay for pumping your gas on top of the cost of gas itself. Think about it... they probably have more than 100 cars a day go through there. That's $120 extra they pocket daily at the rate above. Multiply that by 30 that's $3600 a month in fees paid to use a card vs cash that they take in. Imagine when someone fills up a 30 gallon tank!!! That's $3 to use a card instead of cash! Just go to ARCO or COSTCO. Don't pay these companies who offset the fees / gallon of gas. read more

I used to love this wash but I came today with my Tesla and when I left - my hood was not only not washed but I found two 1/4" scratches. I'm beside myself upset. There are spots and marks and hairline scratches all over the hood. What happened? My guess is faulty machinery as noted in other reviews. It sure wasn't washed. The guys who dry are nice so I give two stars for them. As for me, I won't be returning again. I'm super upset and now I have to spend $$$ to get my car fixed! Unreal. read more

If you're in the Long Beach, gas gauge is on E, push your car to this mobil gas station. Probably the cheapest gas within a 20 mile radius. You know its cheap if at ARCO across the street cost more. I pulled my car in and went to the pump which said "PAY INSIDE" ok I thought I would just go right on in and pay and be on my way - RIGHT????? NO ABOUT 6-8 PEOPLE WERE STANDING BY THE DOOR SILENTLY. Customer service is nonexistent. I requested a cup of ice to go with an expensive, $2.25 iced tea. This was one of the few drinks in the gas station that did not have high fructose corn syrup. I was really thirsty, and was willing to pay up but wanted ice to go with. When I ask if I could have a cup of ice, one of the clerks said with a smirk that it was $0.55. If I could give them zero stars I would. I went to use the vacuum for my car. When I backed up, the front bumper of my car almost got ripped up by the two metal spikes sticking up from their cement parking stoppers. They claimed that I sped going into the stopper. If this were the case, the cement blocker would have been ripped out of the ground causing the metal rods to go forward pushing the medal rods forward. After the two metal rods sticking out had almost ripped my bumper causing damage under my car. I had to tie a paper clip to connect the bottom plastic just to make the car drive-able. What's sad is that they instantly blamed me as a customer. Ironically after the incident, I drove by the other day and parking stoppers have no rods sticking out anymore and they were painted yellow. Now I'm stuck with a damaged car and have to pay out of my own pocket for their fault. Seems shady. Shady gas station and shady employees. I would highly recommend going somewhere else to get gas and quality service. read more

Just the worst customer service ever I called about possible getting a bad tank of gas. All I got was accusations and no help. The employees do not give their name at the beginning of the phone call that way they can never get in trouble. Something a coward would do. My truck was acting funny the day after I got gas from this gas station and now it will not turn on. I have never any problems with my truck related to its starting or running a change my oil regularly spark plugs regularly . Used the carwash and was promised by manager(owners sin) to help with attenae that was broken in car wash. Manager did not deliver as promised. I kept my promise not to yelp because he wanted to provide great customer service and said he is taking over and Cates for customers. I thought that was awesome since my family in Wisconsin owns several 76 gas stations. I was impressed he was not actually like many big businesses do without personal touches. It was three weeks since I saw the manager and he never called as promised, I guess he thought it would go away and I would not follow up since I live out of the area. I understand his position but he made a promise and did not communicate. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also BE AWARE He shared that his car wash breaks attenae frequently and that I should change to a different attenae to accommodate his car wash. SOLUTION: post the type of attenaes that can go thru car wash! DISAPPOINTED, my fiancee bought me a new attenae and now I have a rusted attenae the manager gave me that belonged to a customer who left it behind after a car wash. WOW. I have not had an attenae break before this was the first time. Will not do this again, too much aggravation. RECOMMENDATION: Drive - thru car washes are not good for your car..... BEWARE of these crooks! In particular "mike". Their car wash broke my racks on top of my car. They clearly saw the damage and the workers were tinkering with it while I sat in the car but did not say a word to me. Luckily I got out before driving away to see what they were tinkering with and saw the damage. I Kindly Told the Manager that the Car Wash wasn't working correctly told him I paid for a Premium Wash and no Soap or Wax came out. I was told the soap and wax were clear. I have been to this wash every week for 3 months and the "Clear Soap and wax", was Never the case. This gas station changes their prices almost daily to be competitive with surrounding locations, which is pretty awesome. I find that most of the time they now have the best prices instead of in the past they were the most expensive. Car wash is really good too. They even have guys at the exit that dry your car more completely and they will do full service if you want for just a little more. Such as vacuum and armorall tires. Pretty darn great for a wash at a gas station! Fast and beautiful. read more

I purchased two propane tanks here about 4 months ago. The first one was defective because when we hooked it up to our BBQ the gas was coming out the wrong end and was not going through the hose connected to our BBQ. I had my son and his friend try as well and we all got the same result. During that time we lost my mom to Covid so by the time I took it back to exchange, they said I waited too long and they would not exchange it. I told this it was defective and the man told me it was not and it had to do with my BBQ, which was odd because the 2nd tank worked fine. he said he would take my phone number down and give it to the owner/manager and have him call me the next day. I waited two days and never got a call back. I decided to just let it go. The 2nd tank worked fine and I just went to return it to get my deposit back since I found a more honest gas station to buy my propane. All I wanted was my deposit back and the clerk said he was not allowed to do that and all sales are final. He also said I had had it too long and should have brought it back sooner. I explained that a tank of gas lasts quite a while so there was no need to return it until I ran out. I explained the issue with the first tank and he still said he not refund it but could refill it (at a charge) for me. He said he would take my number and have the manager/owner call me. I told him that was absolutely worthless because the owner could not be bothered to call me back the first time. Totally dishonest and crappy service. I have warned all my friends to stop using this gas station. read more

I ordered the $20 Superior wash (or whatever their highest level wash under $30 is called), and got what I paid for... It's not a detail job by any means, but the guy who did the finishing touches did a great job given that he was working past his quitting time. Still, I could tell it was rushed finding a few splotches that could've been easily removed in highly visible places. For $20 though, its a decent deal. Nothing stellar, but better than a dirty car and worth the extra cash for the upgraded wash. I'll go back if I haven't washed my car in a while and need a base wash, but there's 2/3 local companies I've been told that do a much better job for an extra 10/20 bucks which I'll stick to if my car isn't in a hasn't-had-a-wash-in-6-months condition. read more

Terrible carwash. Paid for a premium car wash because I was returning a friend's car I had borrowed. The machine didn't wash the underbody as it was supposed to (it was still completely dry!). The guys at the end didn't do half of what was promised for the price (no windows, no tire dressing, left lots of spots). Had to keep asking them "What about the windows?" etc. after they had walked away. When I asked the guys at the cash register about the underbody, they called the owner who refused to give any refund (I only asked for $4 back to downgrade to the next level). He said he would review the tape and call me. He never did. Don't use this carwash -- there are much better ones in town. read more
