I needed an oil change and money is tight, so came by here. Apparently I showed up right after they returned from lunch, so there was no wait and my car was ready pretty quickly. They did point out a couple other things that I need to get done sooner rather than later, but no pressure to get it done here or push for them to do it right then, etc, just felt like a "just so you know, this and this need done sometime soon." The only annoying thing is the lights are motion sensor and was weird sitting there and waiting and next thing you know I'm in the dark since the lights shut off on me and I had to walk near the front door for them to come back on. read more

AVIOD AT ALL COST!!! Terrible customer service. Most of their 5 star reviews must be fake. I had my car towed to their shop since it wouldn't start. While talking to them I told him that I think it's a fuse issue. However, they diagnosed it as a drained alternator and proceeded with replacing the alternator. After picking up my vehicle, it wouldn't start again 3 days later. I called them and they told me they would send a tow truck that day. The truck never came and I ended up paying to get it towed there again the next day. They originally stated that they must have put in a faulty alternator and in one convo they mentioned it was a used alternator. Then a couple days later they stated it was a fuse issue. The same thing I originally told them it probably was, but they said it wasn't. Then the son offered to pay for me a Lyft to come get my vehicle then they changed their minds and refused to pay for the ride. TERRIBLE customer service and they don't keep their word or care about their customers. They wouldn't even reimburse me for the 2nd tow or refund me any percentage of the unnecessary alternator repair. I was telling some of my neighbors about this and a couple of them experienced similar issues with this shop as well. Hence, why I think the reviews are fake. Plus they never called me with any updates when they said they would. I had to call them each day to get an update or eta on when they would be able to look at the vehicle. Thanks to them I went days without a car and am out over $1200 including the misdiagnosed repair, 2nd tow, and uber ride. Again, AVIOD THESE LIARS AT ALL COST. Very dishonest individuals... Dropped off my car at 9am to have it available for me around noon. Then, they almost tripled the price and said it would've be available until after 5pm. No value provided whatsoever. I was ghosted & the service requested was never complete. Spent money on Ubers and couldn't pick my car up until the next day. Lied on your reply to my review as well. I brought my car into PCH for an oil change. I told them that it required 0/w16 oil, and the gentleman ordered some from a local parts store and it arrived very quickly. I guess I should have asked how much it would cost, but I did not. The job was done quickly and very professionally. When I was told how much it cost, I nearly fell over. It took less then 5 quarts of oil and a new filter and the bill was way over 100.00. I know things have gotten higher, but when I priced a name brand oil at a local retailer, it was much cheaper then I was charged for. I understand they have to make a profit, but I think they really stuck it to me on the price. They are an independent shop and can charge whatever they want, but I must say that the price they charged me will make me rethink about going back there again. I would suggest that if you need to have work done here, as for a quote before work begins. read more

I've grown tired of the "normal" customer service issues from mechanics and searched for a lon one for a group that has fair pricing, shoots straight and won't try to repair things that aren't critical or really necessary. I've appreciated the fact that they've worked with me in times where budget was tight, but also when it just needed to be regardless the cost (but was honest enough again to not charge an make repairs that weren't essential). My Nissan Pathfinder started making a really loud sound when the air was on, sounded like a helicopter in there!! Found PCH through my neighborhood Facebook page and so glad I did! Luis and his boys were able to find the problem and fix it, along with replacing other parts that were worn at a more than reasonable price and really quickly! I cannot recommend PCH automotive enough. Luis and his staff/family are amazing. Usually you have to worry about getting ripped off by your mechanic-but NO worries at PCH. They are honest, efficient, and do an excellent job. I got bad gas (during the hurricane Harvey gas "crisis"). Luis did a great job fixing my truck AND helped me rectify it with the gas station that wronged me. If I could give them more stars I would. Brought our van in. Was losing power while driving. Would go from 70 to 30mph on highway. Looked online and many people said cam shaft sensors needed to be replaced. Under $300 fix. Told owner this when I brought it in. He didn't want to listen and said they would have to put it on computer for codes. Said it was other issues. They had to take engine out etc. Charged me $1800. Same problem happened a week later. Brought it back to have it diagnosed and fixed correctly. Owner calls me two days later and says it's going to be another $1500!!! I went in to pick it up and asked him, why would you charge me again when you didn't fix it right the first time? He gets very defensive and says he doesn't pad bills. I pointed out that I paid $1800 and it wasn't fixed. You should fix it correctly and not charge more. They never even tried cam shaft sensors. Brought it to an honest mechanic with Nissan experience and first thing he says is, needs new cam shaft sensors. That fixed the problem for under $300. Nice folks at PCH but beware when a shop doesn't fix it right the first time and then wants more money. read more

GO HERE!!!! In addition to being excellent at fixing cars, these guys are refreshingly honest and trustworthy. My experience - I came in with an oil leak. These guys could've charged God knows what to fix the issue, however they showed and explained to me what caused it. Turns out the previous shop that did my oil change cracked my oil pan which caused the leak. Rather than charge me for anything he encouraged me to call the other shop and get a refund and have them replace the damages. He even explained the issues directly to them. Long story short I got the issue resolved with the other shop and Luis took care of me for all of my trouble. Here's the kicker - Luis gave a a huge discount just bc he has a good heart and truly wants to help people. His efforts today turned into a customer for life. He's a good dude that practices what he preaches, literally. The walls have Christian decor all over lol. read more

Luis and his team are absolutely amazing! I have an older Ford Ranger that requires a little TLC. I needed to get some suspension work done and took it to a different mechanic initially. I cannot say enough positive things about PCH!! I called this morning and didn't get answer but was given a call back within fifteen minutes. I scheduled an oil change for that morning. The facility is beautiful! The front lobby was clean and smelled amazing, coffee and water was offered. Large windows let you see the shop which was also very clean and the owner has a few classics on display. The owner worked on my car, he noticed a radiator leak which was determined to be the cap itself, which was an easy fix. He went the extra mile to clean off the entire effected area so I can keep on it. He was very respectful and treated my car as though it were his own which I greatly appreciate. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!! read more

Took my GMC for a required annual state inspection. The technician would not pass it because of cracks in the serpentine belt. Just a ploy to charge me for work that is not necessary. I have been a customer for a few years now. I initially came to this place because it was around the corner from where I lived before they moved and the reviews. I have had many things repaired here. From oil changes and state inspections, to tire service, to new breaks. Each time I was treated with great respect and honesty. Luis won't over charge you or lie to you to get your business. He will also try everything possible to clear your messages even though you have a Volvo and they just want to be special. I know that it's recommended for me to go to the dealership because of my make. However, I did that once and not only did they do a piss poor job all around (Volvo dealer in Fort Worth), they also over charged me. Thank god I found PCH! Anything you need, whether you have a foreign car or not, Louis will take care of you and if he can't he will tell you where you can get help. They have help me out through multiple vehicles, multiple situations and the work that they have done is immaculate. They stand behind their work, if anything was messed up they will fix it whether that is mechanical or the price if they've messed up or if I messed up or if it was a confusion. They text you back and forth the progress of your vehicle and they use premium parts.
