Jeremy at Geek Fast in Locust Grove was extremely helpful in describing the process and possibilities for the repair. The price was very fair and the turnaround was better than mailing the Galaxy S4 phone in for repair. At the time I was unsure if they were able to even repair these phones. I was pleasantly surprised at how up to date they were with the products and with the diagnostic pricing that rolled into the price of the repair. I called a few other places and their pricing was much higher than here for diagnostics. Thanks again for a small business with great service and pricing that can match or beat the larger chain competition. He was always very prompt, thorough and personable , and was not overly technical in explaining what we needed to do and why. His fees for what he did were very fair in every case. !
