As many of us know getting a dent on your new car is extremely stressful. Anyway, a friend of mine told me about a company that he has used in the past to fix dents. Long story short, this company is AMAZING! I was in and out very quickly. I watched Mark from PDR Chicago do his magic and made the dent disappear right in front of my eyes. He simply used a few tools where he placed them behind the door panel and worked the dent out to where I couldn't see it anymore. The Door looked Perfect! I highly recommend PDR Chicago located 7040 N Milwaukee ave Niles. Mark the PDR engineer is a master at his trade. Average repairs start at $75 dollars which is amazing for what they do... Their phone # is 773-678-8300. This is not a large business that requires higher fees for overhead, this is a small professional masterful business that truly cares about their work and wants their customers to be satisfied. 5 Stars !

He could have gave me the cost of parts and labor. Instead, he informed me to call the Nissan dealer because there could be a recall on this. I called Nissan and he was right. In an industry that has a reputation of price gauging and bas customer service, Southwest Spring showed honest and integrity. In today's climate, we can use more businesses like them!

Didn't fix the bumper and just neglected doing an A1 job. Lots of reclaim from the wax residue left in the car lines. Very disappointing... You guys did not want to repaint due to the labor that would be necessary to correct all the deep scratches. I have proof of verbal communication that this was from careless customer service. Never using their service again. Definitely going elsewhere. Don't believe Santos, they cut corners and hide more damages caused by them. Edit review I definitely had work done there because you even apologize to me about the problem ( damage) the worker did, and you didn't offered to reimburse me only to have the same worker do the job over. I NEVER EVER write online reviews. This is the first time in my life I actually felt like it is…read moreonly fair to write one. I had just moved to Chicago for school and a semi-truck hit my small Toyota Corolla from the driver's side. It caused severe damage. After months of dealing with the other party's insurance, I finally got them to agree to pay to fix my vehicle. But then I had to find a place who would be willing to agree with their labor rates. I went to get an opinion of another place and they told me I would probably be paying hundreds of dollars (up to $600) out of pocket for them to be ok to take it and break it apart. And after all that it would just end in total loss. I was so sad. I did not know anyone in Chicago to help me. I am student and didn't have extra money at the moment. And my Corolla was only 3 years old, so pretty new and well taken care of. Then I stopped by River North Collision Repair. Mr. Abel was so professional, so compassionate. I signed a form allowing them to directly communicate with the other party's insurance. In less than one month, my vehicle looked like nothing has happened to it. They fully communicated and dealt with the insurance, I paid ZERO dollars extra for them. I picked up my car fixed and even cleaned on the outside and inside. Thank you SO much, you guys really deserve more than five stars. Honest, professional, compassionate, everything you can dream of when going through a hard time!

I recently took my 2019 BMW X5 to the dealership because the automatic headlights and windshield…read morewipers had stopped working. After diagnosing the issue, they told me that a piece of weatherstripping around the sunroof had come loose, allowing water to leak into the car. The moisture had begun corroding the wiring connection for the rear passenger light. Whenever that light flickered or went out, it caused a chain reaction that affected other features, including the auto wipers. The dealership's proposed solution was extreme: they recommended replacing the wiring harness and light assembly, installing new weatherstripping, and even putting in a brand-new headliner. Their estimate? Just over $6,000 before tax. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion and brought my SUV to Addison Body Shop and Glass. The owner, Mike, took a careful look and immediately reassured me that most of the dealership's recommendations were unnecessary. Instead of replacing parts, he reattached the weatherstripping, cleaned the light and its connections, and carefully treated the minor water stains on the headliner. By the time he was finished, everything was working perfectly--and the headliner looks spotless. The difference in cost was night and day. Addison charged me only a fraction of the dealership's quote, and the work was completed quickly and professionally. Mike was upfront, honest, and clearly more interested in fixing the actual problem than in padding the bill with unnecessary replacements. I left feeling relieved and extremely grateful. Addison Body Shop and Glass saved me thousands of dollars, restored my SUV to perfect condition, and proved that there are still shops out there that value honesty and quality workmanship. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
