I've been to other locations before, but I was thrilled when the Sudbury store opened. Although I typically prefer online shopping to find the best deals, this store keeps bringing me back because of its unbeatable prices and great service. On my most recent visit, I saved nearly $200! My dog's food, which normally costs $89, was heavily marked down--a rare find--so I couldn't resist grabbing more than one bag while it was on sale. I often bring my puppy along, and the staff is always friendly, personable, and makes us feel welcome. The store is clean, well-stocked, and the deals are fantastic. While I wish there was an online shopping option instead of just in-person or third-party delivery services, the savings and great in-store experience more than make up for it. But if you go to the store and buy it in person you have to show them the item is on sale with the online price for them to give you the sale price. Otherwise it WILL ring up the regular price. So bring your phone with you unless you buy it online and pick up/delivery. I wanted to bring my dog to do some other shopping here reason I didn't order online. Sales person was nice to explain when I returned for price adjustment.

I own animals from dogs to rabbits, and the store was small and cramped.\ The dogs were in tiny cages, most were clamed to be pure bred. but a chocolate lab that has long almost dark yellow fur isn't. Also the dogs were drinking out of rabbit bottles. also some of the puppies were to small to even be away from there mothers. I asked if the dogs ever go outside and the employee changed the subject on me. had a small room off the side of the cage area for the dogs to run around. I did a search one day trying to find another pet store nearby, and Mayo's came up. I gave it a shot, as it was only 7 min drive from my home. What an awesome pet store! The guy at the counter is so nice and friendly. We got to chatting about his two beautiful birds (Baby and Breeze). Caylee, Sadie, and Danielle (No longer there she opened her own grooming salon) are fabulous. Caylee does a beautiful job on our standard poodle. Sadie and Danielle groomed our late toy poodle. We were always thrilled! Caylee had to cancel our appointment, so we booked Emily because the man that called recommended her. We bring our dog to be groomed every month, so when Emily made the snotty comment that she was a mess when we dropped her off yesterday, I KNEW that she wasn't very good. I mean for goodness sakes, we bring her more often than most people. Were you trying to cover up that you do a terrible job? Caylee never makes rude comments and makes her look like a beautiful princess. Emily hacked her. She shaved her tail without permission. It looks like a RAT'S long shaved tail!! I have never seen anything so terrible. Emily, how dare you! You should be ashamed of yourself. If you had called I would have told you that we would come and get her and don't you dare shave her tail! Yes, we will go back when Caylee can groom our little girl again. I would leave a picture, but I won't embarrass my little girl. She knows she looks ridiculous. I can't believe we paid $150.00 to be devastated. You'd think when you book an appointment, show up on time that they would put your dog on the table and start with the nail trim and wash. No as I walked out the door almost closed behind me I hear "put her in the cage" So Instead of leaving I waited knowing I was going to get a phone call. Not 5 minutes later "could you come pick her up" hmm I wonder why? I said not to put her in a cage, but that was flown over their heads because they do not care. I highly recommend you take your dog somewhere else because this place is a joke. I typically use a mobile groomer but he was unavailable, I thought this would have been a quick easy service but was not. Hire people that are capable of their jobs. I've never booked an appointment to get my hair cut where I had to go wait in a cage. I'm sat down right away because I booked the hair dresser for a specific time like I did for my dog. Do better!!! And no where on your website says that they go in cages.

Yesterday I took him to get groomed and noticed that AFTER I paid and sent a tip, he was missing a hug chunk of hair on his stomach area. They cut him way too short and failed to mention anything to me about it. He did not look like his ears had been trimmed and his haircut just looked choppy. We will not be going back. I have emailed customer service and I'm awaiting a response.
