If you are looking for a great affordable roofing company in phoenix area, look no further, H.B.C…read moreroofing is the best and they should be your only choice. They are very very courteous, super responsive and get their job done starting and ending within exact promised time and with great quality work and details. We just did our complete roof replacement at our primary residence in Ahwatukee phoenix area. Both brother John and Mike are very courteous, friendly and sincere. They do not try to over sell anything to me like most other roofing company i previously tried to get quotes from. A standard double layer of G40 underlayment's option is what was proposed and they told me should will last for a while. My house which is originally a 1993 built and was still with the original roof of single layer underlayment, that lasted pretty good without any leak or anything for more that 30 years in this Phoenix heat so i was also not planning on putting anything beyond standard materials and i think no one should requiring anything more than that these days even big roofing company will try to sell you various additional upgrade materials like gold diamond platinum etc. to force you to pay more John was also was able to put me into schedule immediately after initial visit which is also a big difference from the so called big roofing companies who claims they have waiting on 2 to 3 months! The crews were fantastic and did a great job. The whole replacement work took exactly 3 days as promised and the crews worked pretty much all 3 days from 7AM to almost 6PM. There were few misc. items remaining that Mike with a small team took care of on day 4 morning which was also a weekend but it was done in time and without any anxiety. The house perimeter area was cleaned everyday after work by the crew. The entire roof underlayment replacement and other upgrades and details were also done beautifully without any surprise. Both brothers were immensely nice, quick and responsive in answering my texts during the time the crew worked on the roof which was very relaxing and also a nice experience for me as a home owner. I previously had to chase some of the general contractors when they worked on other renovations of the house and and most cases the response time from them was random or late or never. I will not discuss any details on exact cost etc. here for obvious reason as each job and situations are different but i can assure HBC's pricing of the roof replacement was very aggressively competitive and most likely is the best you can possibly get in Phoenix for similar jobs. Overall i am very happy with entire process from start to finish and specially the speed and details they were done in time and final cost or the replacement. Thanks John and Mike for your great service!. Hope HBC roofing stays and thrive in business for a long time Now i am waiting for the next big rain or storm system to hit phoenix area so the roof replacement work can be put into some real tests:)

Absolutely Outstanding Service - Highly Recommend Apex AZ Roofing!…read more I rarely write reviews, but the service I received from Apex AZ Roofing was so above and beyond, I had to take the time to share my experience. I had a situation with one of my investment properties where multiple roof trusses were broken and needed sister trusses installed to restore the structural integrity. I reached out to several roofing companies in the area, but almost all of them gave me the runaround. Despite providing clear photos and a detailed explanation of the issue, most companies refused to provide a quote unless they came out for an inspection--and even then, I got vague estimates or upsells for things I didn't need. Then I contacted Apex AZ Roofing and spoke with Alex. From the first phone call, I could tell this was a company that actually values your time and knows how to treat clients right. I sent over the same photos and explanation, and Alex took the time to review everything carefully. Not only did he give me a straightforward and fair quote over the phone, but he also stuck to that price--no surprises, no nonsense, no upselling. Just honest work and professional service. Scheduling was a breeze, communication was clear the entire time, and the work was completed efficiently and with quality craftsmanship. You can tell these guys take pride in what they do. It's refreshing to deal with a contractor that is honest, transparent, and does exactly what they say they'll do. I was so impressed with the experience that I've already started recommending Apex AZ Roofing to friends, family, and fellow property investors. Whether it's a repair or a full replacement, this is the roofing company to trust in Arizona. Thank you again, Alex and the entire Apex team--you've earned a lifelong customer!

Within days to months of the original repair, I experienced continued leaks and had to request multiple return visits. During one of those attempts, a new leak was actually created in an adjoining room, causing additional damage to my home and furniture. I was in direct contact with the owner, Kirk, who personally came out to inspect not only the leak itself but the damage that resulted from it. He apologized and assured me the issues would be taken care of. Unfortunately, after that, communication stopped completely and all accountability disappeared. To this day, the problems were never properly resolved. I still have the correspondence, photos, and documentation to support everything stated here. Mistakes can happen with any company. What matters is how they handle them. In my experience, the lack of follow-through, integrity, and accountability is what should make potential customers think twice before hiring this company.
