God forbid you need a towing service while in Bakersfield call these guys. My daughter's car had a power steering failure and needed to be towed. In 31 minutes German was there meeting my wife and had the car on the truck in 10 mins on a busy street. I met him at the auto shop after hours and German stayed there helping to ensure we had placed the car in the best position for the shop to deal with in the morning. German was as authentic and professional as they come and I genuinely appreciate the follow through. Having car issues can be stressful enough so folks like German make the situation palatable. I highly recommend these guys and hope they have a few more like German on their staff.

Had the battery tested at O'Reilly and AutoZone, and it failed. Had this company come out twice, but refused to test the battery before first connecting to a battery booster. Per this company, the battery is good, but they refused to test it without first boosting it. If, after being informed, the battery is failing and boosting fixes the problem temporarily, this company should have a better process for testing a defective battery they recently sold, rather than ignoring the original concern. Very disappointed, disappointed with AAA for using this subpar company.
