So I called them back, they apologized and checked it out, found they installed a faulty part, and they replaced it and did the labor for free. That's quality and honesty right there! Between May 2023 and March 2025 I've been to this repair shop 4 times with 4 different automobiles. I've dealt with Kou, Kong, and Steven and all three of them were honest and reliable. Whether it was for an oil change, a brake job, or an axle job this shop gave me an honest diagnosis and fixed the issue with making me feel confident that I was treated fairly and with honesty. I don't mind paying for auto repair service but I hate feeling like I am being scammed by an auto mechanic because I am an idiot when it comes to fixing cars. I was told I needed new rear brakes, so I planned to replace them myself on Saturday, 12/29/25. When I went to start the job, my security socket was nowhere to be found. So much for my Saturday project. The shop was closed for the weekend, so I couldn't resolve it. I met with the owner, Dan, on Monday. He ordered a new set of security lugs in hopes that the key would work. It did not. The tech had misplaced my original key during the brake inspection. Needless to say, it was a major inconvenience--and I didn't receive so much as an apology from the owner. This was my experience as a first-time customer. A $50-off coupon will not bring back my business.
