They were $75 each and even though when I went there, I showed them they are online for about 250 for all four of them But the reason I'm buying them for such a place because I need all the bolts and screws that goes with it someone swap that to a non-hydraulic and I'm trying to put it back the way it was. I purchased the car that way so she charged me 220 and it was only for the two front ones after she charged me I figured that out I said that's fine and they do not let you see the part before you take it off. You have to pay for it and then if you don't like it, they refund you the money. The guy brought the shots and one of them is damaged so they said OK will charge your only for one so they refund the money and charge me for one but then I thought about it it's not worth it to take one. I want it all four of them, but at least if not only two I cannot take one. I won't do me any good so I asked for a refund for the other one at that time. It was a guy at the window so he said bring everything back which is talking about the screws because he knows that's what I need the most and I'm pretty sure they will throw that in the garbage so I did and I asked them for the screws and I told him I pay you 20 bucks for them even though they're not even worth anything and they are going to throw them in the garbage he says no I wasted my time driving 45 minutes ago and 45 minutes back paying tollway and gas and on top of that I got a red camera ticket couple blocks from their place I really don't recommend this place not even to an enemy, even if they do have your part, there's a lot of places out there are more appreciated for your business and at least they have a positive attitude lost about $130 for nothing and you wouldn't give me couple screws that you're going to throw in the garbage for $20

Mondays are always busy so they gave me an estimated time of arrival. That time came and went but the Motor Club followed up by phone as to whether CJ Towing had arrived. When they had not, I was informed that they should arrive within 5 minutes. Five minutes later, the tow truck came. There was a young African American man who was the tow service guy. He was extremely friendly, apologized for the delay and explained that it was a very busy morning. I could appreciate that. He took time in securing my vehicle onto the tow truck bed. He offered to have me ride with him but I told him I would follow him in another vehicle. So I trailed him. What surprised me and I truly respected was that if I got caught by a red light, he would be on the other side of the light as he had pulled to the side and waited for me. I loved this as I want to watch and make sure my car is okay and I don't lose the tow truck while trailing him. He got to the car repair place safely, took care in getting my car off the tow bed, had me sign a receipt document and wished me a good day. Great service all around. A wonderful experience especially when you are stressed out about your car having problems that you aren't sure what it is. Thank you CJ Towing, you are A-OK in my book!

Initial Review: Driver arrived and demanded an extra $30 cash fee to move my car from my garage to…read morethe street, despite me informing the company beforehand that it was in the garage. I declined and offered to push it out with my brother. The driver instead pushed it out himself and later demanded payment, which I again refused. He acted hostile, refused to let me ride with him, and made the experience unpleasant. This was my first tow and the lack of upfront communication, along with the aggressive attitude, makes me confident in saying I'd never recommend this company. Update: After posting this review, the manager called and apologized for the driver's behavior. He explained that charging to move the vehicle so it can be towed is against their policy. He also said they'd reprimand the driver and install dash cams on all their trucks to make keep their drivers accountable. While I appreciate the apology, it came across more like damage control than a genuine effort to understand what went wrong or prevent it from happening again. It felt like pressure to get me to change my review, not true accountability. That said, I'm updating this to two stars because I hope this isn't how the company normally operates. If they follow through on these changes and more customers share positive experiences, they may well deserve a second chance. For now, this is still my experience, so keep it in mind if you're considering their service.
