Hubby and I came to this establishment on 3/9/24 because we saw a vehicle online that we were interested in. We parked on the sidewalk and saw all the various cars parked close together at their business. There was a worker washing one of their cars and we asked him to direct us to where we are supposed to go to enter. We walk into the office which was very small. Mohammed took care of us and we explained that we were interested in a particular vehicle. We described the vehicle, year, make, model and mileage to which he looked at their website briefly on his computer and then told us that car wasn't theirs that we must have seen it at one of their other locations. I knew this wasn't true - what kind of inventory system do you have that you can't find a vehicle that your business sells? So, finally after alot of back and forth, he finds the vehicle. The first question he asks us is how are we financing the car which took us aback - we hadn't even seen the car yet. He hands and wants us to sign a form document to test drive the car without explaining anything about what the form means. I had to ask many questions to get an understanding. We test drive the vehicle and totally fell in love with the car. We wanted the car. He then told us to fill out the car and credit application which is online. I asked Mohammed how it works and he explained that they have several lenders and depending on our credit would determine which lender would provide the best deal. That sounded fair and what I'm used to in my experience of buying a vehicle in the past. I also asked about their business, how long in business to which they said since 2009 which they also added their great A+ rating on bbb.org. We left and hubby filled out the application from home and that's where things got dicey. Once the application was complete, he had to keep calling to get an update on the application which shouldn't be - we are trying to give you business and most auto sale places have a system where an instant decision comes through when a credit application is submitted. At this point, I'm getting updates from hubby. When he finally does get an update, he was told that they would have to get back to him as their lender gets in at 1 p.m. HUH?? I was told they had LENDERS, not one lender. We were willing to put down a good down payment for the vehicle. Hubby was eventually told if he wasn't willing to put down $3K, no purchase can be made. We were so disappointed because we really wanted that car along with the fact that things that were told to me at their office was NOT what was told to hubby when dealing with them on the phone regarding financing. I would not recommend this business. Workers walking around a small office space, eating food near customers while business is trying to be conducted. Luckily, we found a much more professional business that had no problem taking our down payment, treated us better and was fair in their practices. read more

This place is a nightmare. I am in the market for a used vehicle and came out to Your Choice Auto and I didn't want to stay very long or test drive. I wanted to leave after seeing the tiny office building/shack. We walked onto the crowded used car lot and asked about seeing a vehicle and there was 3 people on the lot. Here is the thing: I couldn't figure out if the 3 people worked there, were just hanging out, or were panhandling. It seemed as if 1 and maybe 2 people worked there as one was helping hose off a car. The third person was asking my partner for a free ride/panhandling. No one involved here asked about showing us a used car for sale - the situation was just weird - I wanted to leave based off the sketchiness. I want to give small businesses a chance and I did by coming out. I wish there had been a different outcome, but without a organized work flow and not being able to see who works there, the operation was non-existent and I left once I realized it was a waste of time. read more

This place is AWFUL!!! Keep away!!!!! Do not go there!!! Scammers! Bought a vehicle in September had the stupid car only 10 DAYS! 10 DAYS! Was driving car and completely broke down! They claimed they would fix the car, but not until I make my first car payment! Then the car will be fixed within a week after the car payment was made ....WRONG! It is now late OCTOBER and nothing! I contacted the mechanic and got laughed at they told me they have not even started fixing the car yet! They are utilizing parts for other vehicles! Police report has been made for fraudulent activity and they don't want to give me my down payment or payment I provided to bank! I'm out of $2000.00 dollars what they are doing to customers is really pathetic! read more

These guys rock got a sweet '09 Ford Escape. They gave me a sweet deal. Love em here. Highly recommend prices and service too.

I can't even explain how disappointed I am. I have been talking to this dealership since August 4th about a car I was interested in. They were very nice, helped me get financed and approved and all that. They failed to mention all of the things wrong with this car. First off, the bumper was screwed on to the car with rusty screws... the brakes and engine sounded absolutely horrible, the seats were torn up along with the seatbelt and arm rest. There were stains everywhere, maintenance lights on. The car was scratched, dented, keyed, and just one of the crappiest cars I have ever been in, and they wanted over $7,000 for this car!! I wish I could give this place a 0 start rating. We went here looking for a car because we were in a bind and needed something quickly. We understood that the vehicles would not be in the best of shape but it was only going to be temporary. We found a 2005 Ford Explorer that looked decent online but once you actually went to Posen to look at the vehicle itself, it needed A LOT of work. But because of the financial situation and how short of notice it was, we couldn't really argue. When I asked about the Layaway plan to hold the vehicle, they stated that you had to put 25% down to hold the car. The website states $200 or 10%, whichever is greater. When I brought it up, they said the website was wrong and it was 25%. The website is still showing $200 or 10%, whichever is greater and the Posen location is just overcharging people. We hoped that since it was only (3) days after putting our layaway payment down they would work with us but of course they kept saying the Manager was not available and kept avoiding our calls for over 2 weeks and when we were able to finally get someone on the phone, they said they can't do anything. When you go online and try to have someone call you back for help, they take your information and no one contacts you. AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN!! They are scam artists and are selling shitty vehicles. Not worth a penny. read more

I give zero stars that one star is only up there cause I couldn't post without it! This is the Absolute WORST place to buy a car if you're reading this please spend your money some place else, bought a car the end of April and Already as of August 10th I need a Transmission, oxygen sensors, Catalytic Converter etc.... They Fail to tell you what's wrong with these cars before they sale them this car is a Lemon and under the Lemon Law this car should had never been for sale unless it was fixed first, No lights were on indicating any problems with the car until weeks later after the lil 15 day warranty had already expired Told them of the situation took it back to them they diagnosed the car and that was it I regret the day I stepped foot there i worked hard to save for a down payment for a car and to have a car financed with problems with a car like this is unacceptable, now I'm stuck with paying a car note, back to taking the bus and using Uber's and Lyfts to get to Work on top of wondering what to do with this piece of Junk I'm Extremely Angry!!! read more
