Warning - I do not recommend this dealer. I purchased a truck from them one month ago that was claimed to be in good condition. Since then, I have had to spend over $7,000 on repairs. I don't even write reviews. This has by far been the worse experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. The story I am about to tell you all doesn't even sound believable. If it didn't happen to me I would not have believed it. I bought this car 9 days ago. NINE. On the first day of driving it off the lot, the check engine light came on as soon as I hit the highway. I take it back the next day and they stated they needed to change the water pump and themostat. After they "fixed" it. I drive off and immediately when I get back on the highway the check engine light comes on again. I take it back to them for a second time. This time they tell me it's the sensor having trouble reading the new parts they put in and it should be no problem and if the light is still on after a couple days, bring it back. Well not only did the check engine light stay on, the next day the low coolant light also comes on. I bring it back for a third time. This time they find a hole in the hose that was leaking coolant and they put in a new hose. I drive it off the lot and everything was fine for that day. THE VERY NEXT DAY...THE VEHICLE WON'T EVEN TURN ON. I want to remind you, this is only my 9th day with the vehicle. I have not had it for 24 hours before something has gone wrong with it. It is absolutely unbelievable. This place sells vehicles. That's their job. They do not car what they sell you. As long as you buy it, they are good with it. My seatbelt in the backseat also does not work, my cup holder latch does not close. It's comical. read more

Terrible experience trying to buy a Chrysler 300 S don't buy no car here new guy there doesn't know how to talk to customers after he told me I can only take the car a certain route only a 5 min drive and couldn't drive the car more that 40 MPH and expecting me to buy the car after I told him there as a weird sound coming from the exhaust and he got mad and started to cuss at me while my wife is in the car got back and tried to talk to Ryan and the rest and they don't care. read more

Bought a 2014 Mercedes S550 in October . Not been able to drive as much because I had to take it to the dealership three different times to get an antifreeze leak fixed as well as a oil leak and they never fix either . I was told it's a used car shit happens . Had to pay $2,000 out of pocket to get the antifreeze leak fixed but could not get the oil leak fixed and still had a slow antifreeze leak. I took it back to the shop and they took the motor apart come to find out it needs a motor because it had internal damage and leakage . Smh I have not even been able to enjoy my vehicle . read more

All they care about is selling you a car. I was promised a working blue tooth for my phone. It does not work and they will not do anything about it. After getting it home I had a flat tire and had my mechanic look at it. They found a rim had corrosion and a small crack in it. it will leak air if the car was parked just right. He also informed me it needed front brakes. After calling and leaving several messages for the management to call me for two weeks. I finally got a hold of the Gm we're he told me they were not going to help me out. I would not recommend buying a car from them or less you have it checked out by a third-party. Put down a $2000 deposit and now Im being told that i pay that fee or Iose my $2000. Im being forced to pay what they want or lose my money. Bought a 2012 Range Rover with 97000 miles on the clock. Paid $18kish. Had it for 90 days. Engine suddenly blew. New gasket, new pump and thermometer = $9890. My fault for not getting an extended warranty. Somehow I thought it would last at least 90 days. My bad. They didn't want to know. Passed me around like a hot potato. Then hung up on me. Absolutely totally absolved themselves from any responsibility. If you buy a car from them, factor in an extended warranty for sure because you're on your own. I drove a good distance for a specific car after agreed upon terms. Salesman, AJ, did not communicate all details of our terms to the finance manager so the finance manager wouldn't honor our agreement/bill of sale once I got there. Noise coming from the compressor and multiple people at the dealership said it was due to the cold and vehicle was pulling in air after sitting for weeks. They were all in on it of course, that's the business unfortunately. I should have had it checked out by own mechanic or at least had someone scan the engine codes. The Check Engine Light popped on as I was leaving dealership and AJ never responded back. I didn't feel comfortable to go back into the dealership. After getting it checked out I was told an aftermarket compressor had been poorly installed. Also, when negotiating the "new" price, the finance manager just deleted a line item on the bill of sale to make it look like I would be paying less but when registering the vehicle I would need to pay that amount anyways at the DMV. If you go, you MUST take it to your trusted mechanic. They won't let you test drive alone so make sure you dont let them direct you to a shop of theirs. Stay far away from this place. Just purchased a 2011 Range Rover. I negotiated a price and signed a contract that said tax was included. It's my fault on this because I didn't realize taxes were taken out in my state. I was told over the phone that they were but it's on me for letting a car dealership take advantage to someone new in this process. I also was told the car has been serviced and has no problems. Upon receiving the vehicle I took it to a local dealership. It has a large coolant leak. You can smell it the first time I cranked the car and it was even low on receiving the vehicle. Purchased my Range Rover some months ago from here and Im still absolutely in love. Took my my car to another repair shop to make sure that there were no major issues and they said they were impressed with my baby! Took it to the Range Rover dealership and they charged me 300 for oil change. Called an they gave another foreign car repair shop that does great work on foreign cars and doesn't slap you with the dealer prices. Everyone was so nice, helpful and always responsive...always. I had a great experience at Adam. Long story short- bought a used car here and took it to my mechanic. He found issues with the car that would most likely lead to costly repairs in the near future. Explained my concerns to AJ and Jim (the two gentlemen I mostly worked with). Ultimately decided to cancel the original purchase and put my significant down payment towards a different car. My mechanic checked out the second car and gave it a very clean bill of health. AJ, Jim, and Aaron (another employee we worked with) were honest, forthright and ultimately very flexible to help us feel confident in our purchase. I had a very positive experience at Adam and purchased a really nice used car with the assistance of the aforementioned people. Very terrible customer service. I bought a preowned car from here about a year ago, and it had a janky sound system in it (that is wired wrong, so it drains the battery, even when the car is off). I learned this the hard way when I tried unlocking the car after returning from a two week trip. not only could I not get into the car with the electronic key, but the manual key inside the FOB was NOT THE RIGHT KEY for the car. This was not expressed to me when the car was sold, and apparently the warranty is only 30 days, so unless this happened to me within that 30 days, its 'not their problem'...now to get lock out support and a jumpstart thanks to Adam Auto Group. I walked in around 30 min before they were closing, and I asked to test drive one of their cars I had seen online. I had just come from a car dealer down the street who had over priced their cars and not shown some major flaws in the pictures. However, Adam's Auto Group had great, realistic pictures, and the car was far nicer and fairer priced than the cars at the other dealer. After the test drive, I asked to buy the car on the spot in cash. Two weeks later, another car rear ended me and totaled the car. Geico ended up paying me out EXACTLY what I had paid for the car after they assessed its value, which just goes to show you Adam Auto gave me an incredibly fair price. I have recently moved to Miami, and trying to replace this car has been a nightmare because no dealership has compared to the customer service and integrity of Adam Auto. read more

Purchased a 2008 Jeep Cherokee with 70k miles. I knew the front passenger tire had a slow leak, but 2 weeks later I noticed all 4 tires have a slow leak. I called Aaron at Adam's Auto Group and he didn't even try to assist with a solution. He actually said I could have picked up 3 nails in the other 3 tires on my way home. When I contacted Adam Auto Group, I was very unprofessionally told "there is nothing we can do for you, and you are stuck with the vehicle, as the financing has already been done." This issue will cost THOUSANDS of dollars to repair. NEVER have I EVER been treated in such an unprofessional and disrespectful manner, when having issues after purchasing a vehicle. In fact... I have owned three of these SUVs, and the first time I ever test drove one, I had this issue when driving it home immediately after purchase. HOWEVER, the dealership would not even allow me to drive it back to their dealership, as they were concerned for my SAFETY, and they reversed the financing and refused sale of the vehicle, as it needed extensive repair.
