The photos presented to him did not disclose any dents, or scratches. He was told the car would be delivered inside a carrier, when he drove up the car was sitting outside the carrier. Dirty, not looking like the photo online. Also the mileage on the paperwork was 383 miles over. When he contact the dealership, he received no response for 5days we sent photos and continue to call. After a 5th attempt the guy say he talked to the owner and that there was nothing they could do. At this point all I can say is when they show you who they are believe it. Reviews don't LIE!!! If you go in just know you have been warned, not once, not twice, not three times. Jake and Daniel are liers......

My wife and I drove from different locations, over an hour each to look at this vehicle and as soon as he opened the hatch, we could smell cigarette smoke and the obvious air freshener they use to try to cover it up. It was a complete waste of an afternoon because Jim could not tell the truth. He sold me on a trustworthy family-run business and they lied to my face when I got there and questioned why he lied over the phone. He literally said they do not buy vehicles from smokers or with salvage titles and that all his vehicles were quality cars. Complete lies. My mom taught me when someone lies to you once they can never be trusted again Your word must be your bond.

Well, after driving 2 cars over an hour to make this sale, Mike from Echo Park had to look over the vehicle. He asked if it had been painted. I said yes, AND that I marked it on the site honestly/properly. It only gives the option of having 1 panel, 2 panels, or 3 or panels painted - that is it!!! So if I got the whole car painted, wouldn't I choose 3 panels or more?? In any case, based on that, Mike offered $3,500. Isn't that $4,600 off the mark of the original offer? How could they possibly think that there will not be any recourse? And this is only the beginning. I want everyone to know about this so they do not waste their time, money, gas, and patience.

Went here to check out Black Friday used car sales. I was there to check out a Subaru but when I…read morearrived and inquired it had already been sold. I asked about a couple other vehicles or interest and was handed car keys and told to just go ahead and test drive it. I found the vehicles in the used lot but they were packed in tight, almost impossible to inspect and back out to test drive it. I got into the vehicle and immediately felt unsafe and that the condition of the vehicle was sketchy at best. To ad to that sentiment; a salesperson came up to me and said "go ahead and drive it, you can drive it to your mechanic." This vehicle would not possibly make it without breaking down. The steering wheel couldn't turn (power steering fluid?) and had a flat tire. The body was horrible (not as pictured) and the other vehicles were just as bad. It's basically a "pick and pull" with a used car dealership operation. I left without testing any other cars and do not recommend it to anyone. I didn't have a salesperson and the "free for all" style of operation was sketch and honestly just felt questionable.
