Didn't pay attention to what actually went into trailer. Trusted the quality of what I was getting. Get home only to find out it's full of rocks. Rocks big enough to make it unusable to fit in between crevices of stepping stones. I had to return it.. which was something I've never done. Vic took it back, helped me unload it and was apologetic. Vic personally told me he "owed me one". 2) a month later I purchased 2 yards of concrete mix from Vic... was pouring concrete that day and found myself short about 1/16 to 1/8 yard. I went back to Vic.. kindly showed him photos of how I was a quarter wheelbarrow short.. and politely reminded him how I had to return the decomposed granite a month back due to all the rock that got scooped in with it. I thought Vic would Comp me such a small amount of concrete mix.. I was asking for 1/8 yard.. which at $38 per yard the math works out to be $4.75 of mix.. Vic proceeded to overcharge me at $6 .. I'm not upset over the price.. it's the principle of him "owing me one". I will start going to axner excavating even though it's 3 times the distance from my house. Vic lost a customer based on his apparent "word".

The organic soil grows really great vegetables and Vic is very particular about not getting pesticide and chemical ridden material for his soils like most places in this area. Every three or four years if you add mushroom compost to the surface of your garden it will continue growing and producing in abundance. We found the mushroom compost to be very good or fruit trees as well. Put it around the base of your peach and nectarine trees to stave off leaf curl and produce sweet juicy fruit. Thanks Guys!

We had no idea when they were going to do it as they haven't contacted us at all. Then randomly one day we get a message, "hey are you free right now?" Like are you serious? I just moved into the new house and haven't moved the boxes out of the way. Luckily I just got off work and was able to move the boxes out of the way and do the install, but there was no communication of "hey what time and day works for you?" Like what? We were completely in the dark. After the floors were installed, in every room (3 rooms) there were air bubbles in the floor or something because when I walk over it, it feels like an air bubble. We have a slab foundation so there should be no creaking (correct me if I'm wrong). Not only that but the caulking applied to the baseboards was just smeared all over the wall. There's also a bump underneath the vinyl, like they left a screw or something underneath it. It's like cracking through the vinyl board now. Overall the job was messy and did not look good at all. When you're paying 4k+ for some new floors, this is very disappointing. Been on customer service for weeks with Jared, all he tells me is that the contractor will contact me within 5 business days. It's been more than 5 days and he tells me YET AGAIN to wait 5 more business days. Mind you, I waited more than that because I wanted to give the contractor a couple more days. So in reality it was more like 8-9 days the first time and 6-7 days the second time. He finally promotes my case to the higher ups. Now I'm with someone named Omar who is handling my case. Once again no communication apart from the automated messages. I've emailed him 3 times. No response. At least I was getting somewhat of a response with Jared. TLDR: Bad communication, Horrible job, Worst customer service. Will never go through, or recommend LLFlooring.

When we decided on a product, Chris prepared an estimate for our consideration. We confirmed and placed the order. Within a few days, we had our delivery. This ended up being my only stop because they had what I needed, were very friendly and helpful, "female friendly" because "yes, we can!", and within less than 2 hours I had my mountains of landscaping supplies in my yard. (Where they still sit, but they are now just "hills" - but that's a story for another day.) Came on here to get their number so I can call and have some more supplies delivered and chat about some excavating work. Competitive pricing as well. Ladies, do not be shy about stopping in.
