I had to tell her stop several times. She said she had done this many times before, but I doubt her. She was evasive in her answers and came across unsure of what she was doing. The examination went as smooth as silk. The staff is efficient and friendly. They helped me to relax so that I was capable of answering questions and adding cogent details when appropriate. I was in and out in about 90 minutes with no appointnent. My condition was diagnosed and my prescriptions sent to Kaiser in the 90 minutes. By the time I got to Kaiser, the prescriptions were ready for pickup. My primary care physician's office called to schedule an appointment sometime in the next 24 hours as the urgent care nurse practitioner was examining me. I have no complaints. I'm surprised the reviews are either 5 star or 1 star. Nothing in-between really. What's that all about? I was treated well all around and feel like my medical needs are safely taken care of. Noone was rude.
