We work long hours and were wary about scheduling walks with a service, but Kaitlyn from Luv My Pet has been so patient and loving with our guy (even though he sometimes barks at her), and their daily walks have really helped to socialize him. She even gets him to cuddle with her on occasion! We get a text message from Kaitlyn every day after their walk to let us know how he did, and sometimes we get pictures. Scheduling is so easy and convenient. We just email Jeff our schedule every month, he immediately sends us an invoice, and we pay online -- including a tip for Kaitlyn. Whenever something comes up, like if my work schedule suddenly changes or I stay home sick, I just text Kaitlyn to let her know. We are moving out of the area and are crushed that we can no longer use Luv My Pet for our pup. We would recommend their services to anyone in the city!

Luv My Pet is beyond the best! They have walked our dog Emilie for over four years and counting,…read moreand we recommend them to everyone. They are super responsible and have a great team, so we know a walk will never be cancelled. Even if our normal dog walker cannot make it, they schedule someone else, so we never have to worry that our dog will get walked! We can schedule, pay, change, and leave notes in the app, so it's super convenient as busy young professionals and new parents. Most importantly, their team is so caring. Luv My Pet has supported our senior dog through so many challenges - helping us to observe when she has had health issues of all varieties, offering encouragement and tips, and more. We cannot recommend Jeff and the team at Luv My Pet (especially our pup's bff and dogwalker, Hillary!) enough!

What an easy review to write! I've been using Shelly Daly and crew for my crazy wild Vizsla since…read morehe was 6 months old. I can't say enough good about them. I know that every day someone will be there around 1pm or so to get him out for a good 30 minute walk. I come home every afternoon to a happy dog and a note letting me know of any adventures (or misadventures) during their visit. They sometimes text me a photo of his escapades while they have him out. Totally reliable and they LOVE dogs (or at least MY dog). I can wholeheartedly recommend them for your pet walking/sitting needs.

There aren't enough great things I can say about Daly Pet Care; since I began using them 2+ years…read moreago, they have been simply wonderful. At the time they started, we had two dogs, one of whom was elderly and needed extra TLC. Not only did Tim, our walker at the time, provide that, one time when I was traveling for business, our Daisy got out, and even though it wasn't his day to walk her, when Tim saw her, he immediately stopped what he was doing, let her back in, and texted me to let me know. After Tim left Daly, our current walker Julie started, and the high quality of care continued. As our Daisy's health began to fail, Shelly and Julie were solicitous and caring, and when Daisy crossed over, left us a card and watched out for our younger dog, Camden, while he mourned his big sister. Camden loves Julie SO much that he gets excited when he hears her car pull up, and is a giant smiling wiggleworm of a pup when he sees her. In short, I LOVE Daly!

She is there twice a week for daycare, which she absolutely loves because she gets to spend the day playing with her friends. And she has stayed overnight for a week a couple times. They are always happy to see her arrive and she is ecstatic when we arrive there in the morning. The people there are very friendly and true dog lovers. We love the photos that they send us whenever she is there. She is always having so much fun. She is well taken care, loved and extremely happy. Who could ask for more. We are always recommending to folks we run into. This is Cassie's home away from home. Thanks for being there for her. Laurie

My friend left her elderly wiener dog at the resort while she traveled out of the country. I was…read morelisted as the dog's emergency contact because I live locally. While under the resort's care, the dog's condition declined. On the night my friend returned to town, the resort contacted her to say the dog may be ill, but also stated he could wait until the morning for pickup (the originally scheduled date). The message did not convey any urgency. My friend, not wanting to leave her best friend there if he wasn't feeling well, calmly made her way to the resort. At no point were we informed that the dog might need emergency-level care, nor was I ever contacted to come pick him up as the designated emergency contact. When she arrived, the dog was handed to her wrapped in a blanket, which struck her as unusual. He had been ambulatory at drop-off, and we typically did not carry him everywhere. Once home, she realized he couldn't even hold his head up. At that moment, my friend knew he was gravely ill and called me in a panic. We rushed him to VEG, where veterinarians discovered he had severe burns and was dehydrated. He required hospitalization and, ultimately, had to be euthanized. We informed the resort and requested assistance in covering the veterinary bills, but they refused. They never reached out to check on the dog and only learned of his death during court proceedings. I am appalled that I, as the emergency contact, was never called when his condition began to deteriorate. I do not understand why he had burns. I'm not a veterinarian, but if he died of old age, it is heartbreaking to think that he could have spent his final moments with the people he knew and loved--yet we were denied that chance because the resort failed to notify us.
