The last time I…read morewas scolded for being 10m late picking up my dog (we had a medical emergency, you graciously waived the fee and I tipped you well more than the fee would have been, yet you continued to scold me). Against my better judgement but because I believe in second chances, I made an appt for 10am today. I arrived 8 minutes early and rang your side door doorbell - repeatedly, knocked - repeatedly, and though I know you both could hear me and see me (it's a Ring doorbell) with a dog in my arms, a dog you've been grooming for YEARS, you did not answer. Your staff advised me when I asked if you heard me at your side door that you "don't open the door before the mall opens unless it's an early appt". [SEE PHOTO] But that's not what your sign out front says and with a dog in my arms, you could easily assume I'm not there for unrelated business. I've absolutely had it with the rudeness and continued lack of professionalism. Grooming is a luxury service and I'd rather drive an hour somewhere else than to be treated so poorly again. All you had to do was open the door for me.

If she can't handle a 12 lb dog, who's never shown any aggression EVER, how does she manage big dogs? Blocking a potential customer is just ludicrous

Harris is a terrible big dog surgeon . When I saw she specialized in small dog surgery , I felt she…read moreshould have told me . She wanted to quit mid surgery had an associate call and say it's best to amputate . The reason was she wasn't strong enough to get the pin in his leg . I told her to tell harris to try harder . They finished , did horrible staple job on him .left very sharp and dangerous pin sticking out 3 inches , looked like a butcher worked on him . Reason pin sticking out so far , they didn't have the proper tool or the strength to cut it . Told me I could cut it at home . This was the most horrible experience I've ever had with a vet , and will start going back down to fort branch where they are very experienced . I have more experience with rottweilers than she does . They didn't sedate him nearly enough and the pin stick out kept getting caught in the crate , causing him to thrash about . This led to a disappointing ridiculous amputation . Was charged over 3000$ dollars , conned her way into two surgeries when I made the dam decision to put him down before first surgery . Also did not thoroughly check over the rest of his body , even with a injury on his snout . Has gotten worse since and he cannot breath out his nose . Harris had her associate call me back and diagnosed over the phone he just has allergies . I wouldn't let this con ever look at any of my dogs again . If you've a large dog , this isn't the right vet to go to .

She is a veterinary tech and I know my babies are in good hands while we travel. Lucy is not only knowledgeable but very kind and empathetic. She is available for hospice and medical care for pets, too. I love that when we travel I receive text message updates letting me know my kitties are doing well. If there was an emergency with the cats I know she could handle it. Reality is, leaving your pets in the care of someone else during travel can be anxiety-provoking. With Lucy on the case that anxiety goes away. I had one cat who was getting close to the end of his life and Lucy's visits allowed me to feel comfortable about leaving so I didn't miss Christmas with my parents.

He has seen us through cancer, kidney failure, spinal issues, vestibular disease, torn ACLs, a spinal stroke and two euthanasias. He's always been willing to discuss all available options. His wife, Debbie, answers the phones and is a gem. I love that she knows who I am and who my pets are when I call. Dr. Art also provides emergency care for his current clients, which is a huge bonus. We are forever grateful to have the most amazing vet providing care for our pets. I can't imagine being any luckier.
