The groomer was very gentle with our old man and insisted that I stay there during the grooming for his comfort. She could have charged extra by asking if I wanted to bathe him as well, but she recommended not to do that as to not aggravate the cat even more. The only reason this is 4 stores and not 5 is because the place is a little dirty and because I didn't see any evidence of the supplies having been sterilized. However, they are still moving into their new location. Their team definitely is experienced and knows how to handle pets.

Our experience with Road Dog was so much more pleasant- my dog looks great and the experience was stress free for both of us. Lindsay is the sort of person any dog would trust and love.
