The groomer was very gentle with our old man and insisted that I stay there during the grooming for his comfort. She could have charged extra by asking if I wanted to bathe him as well, but she recommended not to do that as to not aggravate the cat even more. The only reason this is 4 stores and not 5 is because the place is a little dirty and because I didn't see any evidence of the supplies having been sterilized. However, they are still moving into their new location. Their team definitely is experienced and knows how to handle pets.

The cashier was trying to "educate" me telling me my tank was too small, the tank needs to cycle, blah blah blah. Mind you there's other betta on the shelf dead and dying. Petsmart should work on the deplorable conditions they keep their Bettas in before trying to educate customers. Also someone asked the same cashier if they had adoptable cats and he told the customer I don't know. For reference there were like 5 adoptable cats available why would a worker not be aware of that.
