Horrible grooming and horrible customer service. My dog was in that truck an hour and came out looking the same ...except had a bath, for the price they charged I am NOT happy, to top things off they aren't even getting back to me...I keep texting them asking for a resolution to this issue and nothing, what kind of company is this???? Shame on me I should have Yelped these robbers...$101.00 they stole from me...good luck trying to get them to reply to you...worst customer service...worst service ever, they are more concerned about making money than your pet... Decent work....HORRIBLE customer service. I was a client of this groomer for about a year. In the beginning, she was very professional and had good customer service. But that soon changed. First turn off, she had a newly hired grommer work on my dog without giving me notice. When I approached her about it, she claimed that the new hire assisted her with my dog and did not solely work on my dog, but I noticed he did not smell as fresh or look as good as he usually did. Second turn off, she increased her prices and again did not give notice. She did the job and when done charged me more. However, I did not complain because I liked her and it was only $5 or $10 ( I don't recall exactly) Third and final turn off, I contacted her to schedule an appointment & was directed to communicate w/her husband about appts as he now assisted her. I sent a text, our usual means of communicating, and he replied that an appointment would be provided and let him check their schedule. Almost a week went by and he never responded. I was unhappy with their lack of communication but figured things happen and maybe they forgot. I sent a second text and he failed to respond to this day. I refuse to beg anyone to pay my $ so I moved on to another grommer. Considering I had been a client over a year and never complained or had any disagreement with this grommer, I was shocked with their lack of communication. Even if they decided that they did not want to service my dog, they could of been upfront about it or even lied and said they were no longer servicing my area. Some way to treat a long time customer, I assumed maybe I didn't tip enough. LOL If a business don't value their loyal customers, they won't go far. Good Luck.... read more

I don't know how much I can rave about the customer service or cleanliness or modern amazing truck that they arrive in. I've used other mobile grooming trucks in the past but have always turned them away after seeing how dirty they keep their environment. When the paws n paws truck pulled up to groom my Marley I asked for a tour of their truck and it looked like it was just driven off the lot. The inside was sparkling clean. The groomer Shari was sooo warm and kind. My puppy's groom could not have gone any smoother my puppy loved Shari and she does not normally warm up to people this quickly. I got my dog groomed with this business October 12th. My dog is a puppy and it was his first grooming. (And they knew this) I will say the experience was very convenient and easy. After the grooming i received a text message asking for feedback saying "any type of feedback is appreciated". I kindly let them know about the convenience and ease of the experience but just also mentioned that the groomer did not listen to what i asked for or the picture i showed him. This is no big deal to me but they did ask for feedback so i told the truth. i never received a response. Later on in the day i noticed 6 different cuts around my puppies genital area. The groomer did not let me know about any difficulties or accidents during the grooming so i was surprised. As this was my first grooming and first dog i wasn't sure if this was to be expected, but it seemed to be a bit in excess to me. I decided to reach out again and let them know about the cuts and provided a picture. I was not rude or angry nor did i ask for a refund or want anything of the sort. I just wanted to bring it to their attention and get some sort of response. I got nothing and it has been over a week. Everyone I've spoken to and showed the cuts to has told me it is not normal. I hate leaving reviews like this and would have preferred a simple acknowledgement from the business owners but it's now clear to me that they don't care. read more

If I can give them 0 stars, i would. Firstly, they dont answer phones. They ask you to send a picture of your pet and then they quote you a price which is $95 for a 10 pound dog which I thought was expensive, but they come to your house which is convenient so I figured I'll try it. If you try to call to ask questions, no one will answer. They come to my house and tell me they want to charge $150 because they would need to shave my 10 pound dog. I said that's what I was expecting was for you to shave her and they said that's an extra charge because they have to throw away the razors?? I never heard of this. So what do you actually do, a shampoo and then blow dry?? Thought you're groomers, not washers. The man that was in the truck was extremely rude and not nice at all. I have 2 dogs and both cost me less than 150 at my normal place I have to drive them to. If you want to pay astronomical prices and get poor customer service and attitudes, this is the place to go. Such a waste of time and would not trust my dog/my baby with someone with such a bad attitude. And they were 45 mins late for the appointment! read more

We have a dog that has a haunted past that we aren't sure about, as we rescued her when she was 6. She wants to be a sweet dog, but definitely has her issues. Trixie was treated with the greatest of care, and came out looking like a brand new dog! So soft and a beautiful haircut. We had taken her to another place months ago that had said they "did their best" with her, and she looked like they hadn't touched her. Our other dog came out great as well. I bring my dog Aussie to them all the time! He always comes back so happy and clean, it's better than I could ask for. If I'm unable to look after him for a while I can leave him with them for as long as I need and they keep him socialized, well fed and NEVER stuck inside a cage. The environment is literally a home environment so weather he is at my house or at my groomers house he is always happy and makes good friends with other dogs and people. His temperment overall has improved greatly as well, because they have dogs as well he gets all his excitement out of the way for the month by playing with them all day. Overall their service is excellent, their environment is superb and they are the best groomers around! To top it all off they celebrate each dog they groomed by taking a before and after picture and posting it on facebook and their website to show all their furry happy customers while acting as a free little momento for us. read more
