Cindy came to my apartment and really helped me to find ways to make my dog comfortable. Not only does she train the dog but she helps you understand how to read your dog in different situations. She uses positive reinforcement to train and it has been a wonderful experience. Cindy goes above and beyond her training sessions by sending informational papers to read about training, letting you take videos of the sessions, and allowing you to call or text her with any questions you have. It's also very uncomfortable that they wont even let you inside the building to see where your dog is being cared for and groomed. We moved from Florida when she was 2 and she never had any issues at the groomer down there so I would not trust these people with your dog.

While intimidating at 120 lbs when full grown, he captured the hearts of everyone who came to know him. My favorite story is when we were taking a walk in Washington DC along the Mall, when a little girl walked up behind him, and her mother asked if it was okay if she pet him. We had no hesitation about allowing it, as he was so gentle and had been raised in a household with my 4 kids. She pulled a tuft of shedding hair from his backside, looked at it in surprise, and then tried to put it back on him. He was healthy most of his life, with no real problems. But he had to be put down in 2019 due to cancer. I'm going back to this business now for my second shepherd, even though I now live multiple hundreds of miles away. That is how much I trust these people and their animals.
