Amazing care at Great Brook Animal Care! I can't say enough…read moreabout how much I love Great Brook Animal Care! They have been a lifesaver for my English bulldog, Chubby, who struggles with terrible allergies and an ongoing list of health issues. The team at Great Brook has been amazing in helping manage his care, and he's doing so much better, thanks to their expertise and attention. They also take wonderful care of my other dog, Murphy, a pit mix who's thriving under their watchful eyes. We spend our summers in Lebanon, Maine, and even though we live in Washington, DC, I decided to switch from our vet in DC to Great Brook because I trust them completely with my dogs' health and well-being. It's so comforting to know my pets are in such caring, capable hands, and I'm so grateful for the love they show them every visit. I highly recommend Great Brook Animal Care to anyone who wants top-notch, compassionate care for their pets!

Less than a month later, the day before surgery I get an email with a quote for $800 - $1,400, this does not include the bloodwork. When I called, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. She said she couldn't find that quote and that dental work is expensive. I asked to speak to the practice manager or the individual in charge of the quotes and was told the manager was on vacation until Monday and the one in charge of quotes would just go over it with me. This is clearly how they operate - save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs!
