Great experience, my dogs were cared for and healthy. I will return…read more I came to Saddleback late April 2021 to board my 2 Brittanys for a week, referred from a friend. They used to go to my parents but I've accrued to many dogs for them to take them all! I appreciated that the owners also own a veterinary practice, training services, and live on property. The latter is very important to me. I found the pricing to be affordable. They were very friendly and accommodating overall. I made a few changes with no hassle. When I got there, they let me take a tour on demand to see how the kennels were (which I thought were nice). I was able to leave their special toys. I chose not to bring food as they provide it as well if you want. They also provide the bedding. All of the notes I provided via e-mail and verbally were obviously taken into account from feedback when I returned. My dogs were having some problems with each other the week prior and they were careful about keeping them in separate kennels and giving them supervised play time together. 3 people helped me check out and they were all very knowledgeable about the dogs individually which made me feel like they were cared for well. I returned early and called to alert them with an hour notice that I was coming to pick them up sooner. They quickly gave them their baths before I got there...which must've been quite a task to do 2. I feared my boys would have been unhappy because of separation anxiety and my past experiences with other dogs were that they'd come home thinner as a result (not a reflection on the caretakers, just the anxious dog). But they were definitely fed and had eaten their treat toys.

The Plush Pooch Pet Spa delivers superb dog grooming service. I have tried many other grooming…read moresalons and this pet grooming salon is by far, the BEST!!! They take pride in their work and truly care about the dogs they groom. They pay particular attention to each and every dog. Afterall,, they are our family!!!! They care for older dogs too. I have been turned away from other salons because my do is "too old." Of course the salons don't say it that way. They will say something to the effect your dog does not tolerate grooming anymore. Or they will say we don't want them to hurt themselves. But in reality, they just need to take time with your pet. The Plush Pooch does take the time. They do a fantastic job!!!!! I am so happy my dogs has somewhere to go where they are truly cared for and made to look beautiful!!!

One of the doodle is more of a poodle and I said I would understand if she needed to go shorter. I picked them up and our more poodle boy had a burn/cut on his ear flap and lots of scratches inside his ear from whatever plucking tool she used. I tried to reach out and ask what happened and was told ok I will cancel your next appointment. She is very aggressive and definitely not open to any questions. As a side note when I showed up the places was covered in dog hair and smelled of pot. She also stated she couldn't believe that pot isn't legal yet in NH. I should have turned around but past experience with her was good so I brushed it off. Attached are pic of his ear and the texts she sent! Also, apparently she hates people as a groomer.
