Cindy is wonderful! She explains the training and why you do each step. She will guide you and your dog. We have two therapy dogs that she has helped us to train. The training is simple and easy to follow. Cindy will explain why the dog is acting in a particular way and how to either encourage or discourage the action. She teaches you basically how to teach your dog. It is all positive training. She will address all of your concerns and not only show you how to instruct your dog but how you can take it a step farther. She will give you hands on instruction but also extra reading materiel. Cindy at Pawsitive Pet is very skilled and knowledgeable regarding working with dogs. She has been very helpful in teaching me to think like a dog, and thus how to train my dog in a more effective manner. In addition to getting along very well with my dog, I have found Cindy to be very kind and understanding toward me. I have used Cindi and her knowledge several times with my dogs. 7 years ago when we introduced a shar.pei to our household of Chows.One of our male Chows wanted to eat the pei. After a few sesions with Cindi the situation was defused and the two dogs could be together right up until the end of the Chows life. Then again when I obtained a puppy. This puppy needed a job.
