Around 8pm on march 21st my cat started having trouble breathing and she started convulsing. She wasn't breathing until my brother would shake her to start breathing again. We rushed her to this emergency clinic but she sadly passed away in my brothers arms in the car just two minutes from the clinic. The team was fantastic. One of the members there who took my cat to the back let us stay there for as long as I needed and didn't judge me for crying loudly. My mother paid $600 in total for my beloved cat to be cremated and to have a clay print of her paws which in my opinion is a great price. About a week(ish) later we got to pick up her ashes and the clay print we were promised and I believe the team went above and beyond. I received a card with the team's signatures and a certificate of cremation.

Following a minor miscommunication regarding pricing from other staff members, an older employee became confrontational and began calling my husband names being racist to him!!. She even went as far as making inappropriate comments about our family and children. Regardless of any misunderstanding, there is never an excuse for staff to speak to clients in such a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Instead of addressing the situation professionally and taking accountability for the confusion, the behavior we experienced was unacceptable. We entrusted this facility with the care of our pet and expected to be treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this clinic to others who expect professionalism, respectful communication, and accountability from veterinary staff.

I called and was warmly greeted by the sweetest woman ever, Susan. She is the owner. She was extremely kind, informative and allowed me to ask my 100+ questions and concerns; Susan has also informed me she has worked in the veterinarian field as a tech for 5+ years! The kind and amazing staff sent me detailed "report cards" while I was gone. How he was doing, how he was eating, getting along with other dogs and how he felt, being comfortable or not, and from what was shared with me, he felt right at home!! Moose is apart of my family and I trusted Susan and her staff with my moose who is just like my 3rd child. Moose was boarded for 7 days and the price was fantastic! I will be back again and again! Daphne had a restful fun time on both occasions. Daphne is getting older and it's wonderful to have a place for my dog, Daphne, to stay when I'm on holiday. I know she's in great hands. Furthermore, Niki is an expert groomer! I adopted an insanely cool Chinchilla Persian cat, Puffcat, from Niki's Play n' Stay just after winter break. Chinchilla Persians are lovely! The breed requires very careful grooming every 4-8 weeks--including bathing, shaving, and drying with a special high velocity cat hairdryer. Therefore, I just had my Chinchilla Persian, Puffcat, over at Niki's for grooming and he came back looking picture perfect. After his grooming, he's sooooo puffy, smells amazing, and he has been expertly shaved & trimmed. Thank you Niki! Highly recommend!!

We discovered an abscess on our dog early this morning. We called our normal vet but they were…read moreunable to see him today and recommended this pet hospital to us. I called and they were able to get us an urgent visit time for this morning. Upon arrival I didn't even have to text the number because there was already a technician in the parking lot who did was very friendly and checked us in. We waited about another 5 minutes and then came to get my dog. When he was done the vet herself came out and explained what was wrong and what they did addressed a few other questions I had. So was very friendly and didn't make me feel rushed. After paying the pharmacist came out and gave us our meds and we were on our way. We were in and out within 30 minutes. I hope I don't have another emergency with my dog again, but if I do. I wouldn't hesitate to bring either of my dogs here for care.

The owner, Lisa, even picked up a prescription for my dog while he was boarding and I was out of the country. With my dog Riley, they take extra care with getting him settled in and adjusted because he developed a bit of separation anxiety after the pandemic. They always have him looking his best after his every six weeks grooming. To make it easier for me (not having to call for an appointment) they've been booking him out every six weeks for the entire year. It is so easy for me to remember, and they do such a great job with him. I cannot say enough how much trust I have in Lisa and her team at Top Notch. If he needs to be boarded, I know he is safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

It was a short blond lady that had agreed to come to and see our dog in person for $100. She saw our dog through the patio door and our dog growled at her (hence why we were looking for some training). The first thing she recommended was euthanasia. She then went on to say that if we decided to keep her, her world would have to be very small. We asked again about the training. She stated that our dog would need a muzzle and that she would return with literary information. We never saw her again, no call, nothing. Our dog is now 7 and lives a full life. She is playful and affectionate. I guess our dog is a good judge of character. I think this business cares more about the dollar than the dogs. I do not recommend this business.
