Fortunately my dogs came out looking good. I always had Stephanie do my dogs and have her come to my home since she left. I made an appt a week prior for both of my dogs to be cut at 1PM with 2 different stylists so they could be together and done alone and not in a cage long if at all. I call the place and the receptionist who is just a middle aged woman with a terrible mullet haircut tells me that my dogs could not be cut on time because " it was raining out and the dogs were coming in knotted" And tried to get nasty with me when I explained to her I made this appt the way I did with prior receptionist for a reason.... Not only was she a rude SOB but then when I had a 4PM zoom meeting and I said I will pick them up at 5:30 which is when they close, I was told NO! " We close after our last dogs are done for the day" so I had to cancel my meeting which was important to accommodate her and her $10.00 an hour job of treating people like crap since she's been working at PAWS..... I left cause of one reason (not her) but now I'm done.... My advice to whoever is the owner these days - get your staff in check before I do. read more

I brought my 5 month old puppies here this past Saturday and have to say that I was really happy with my experience! Melissa was very calm and patient with my girls. What a horrible experience. Had a noon appointment for my two dogs, arrived early as I thought it would be busy...service and receptionist was totally aloof and had no clue on what she was doing. Different dog who arrived 10 minutes after mine was taken. 3 hours later, no phone call. I called and no answer, took three times for someone to answer...assume because the receptionist to my earlier point didn't know what she was doing. Was told another 45 minutes. Drove there and arrived, but it seems nothing was actually done to my dogs except a bath. Took another 45 minutes for the groomer to actually groom them. Means the poor dogs sat In a cage for no reason. Got home, they drank an entire bowl of water each...so obviously no care there. Then I notice one of my dogs has a damaged eye (blood in it)!!!! Never again...cruel place, no customer service and abusive handlers. read more

The best groomer left. Since then they forgot to give me my dogs collar and leash. The one that answers the phones is so unprofessional and rude. I dropped my dog for an appointment and called an hour and a half after to check status and they tell me that he will need at least another hour because they're backed up. No one told me when I confirmed my appointment they were running late. No one told me they were backed up when I dropped him off. If I didn't call they wouldn't have called to tell me how late they were running. So he would've been without food and water for 3-4 hours. This is a living animal we're talking about so let the owners know if you're going to cage our pets for that long and give us the option to reschedule. The best is everyone turned to look at me when I walked in like I didn't have a right to be upset and pick him up. That receptionist needs a cage and no water for 4 hours. She needs a muzzle with her mouth. This wasn't my first argument with her. She's disgusting. She's the reason so many people left there. Such a shame. read more

We have been coming to Paws for quite some time- John has groomed all of our dogs over the past 12 years. But the receptionists here DO NOT know what they are doing. I was told to come at 11 and waited 3 HOURS for my dog. Each time I was told to come back they said another 10 minutes... 20 min....Completely unprofessional and not to mention each time I came back my dog was no where to be seen. When Chrissy cuts my dogs hair she is the cutest pup in the world! The place is always clean and the wait is usually never long. Very accommodating. Annette is a doll as well. I can't lie parking can be tough at times but they may offer pick up service. Check with them. read more

Terrible customer service. Waited 3 wks for an appointment with John, apparently he only works on Sundays. I followed him because he was always good with my dog. Well, couldn't wait to go today, I get there for my 11:30 and they tell me it's going to be a bit. When I questioned how long, she said, he has a dog on the table. OK, that's alright, but approximately how long?? well I get told there are two dogs ahead of you. What that's like another 3 hrs at least before you can take my dog!!! If I could rate this place zero stars I would. My groomer moved and I needed to find a place for my 8 year old dog. I stayed the entire time and informed all staff that my dog had neck issues to ensure that they will handle her with care. Her groomer must be the owner because she was super distracted the entire time; I saw her leave the back and come to the front multiple times during her grooming. There were about 3 people having their hands on my dog cutting her nails, giving her a bath and cutting her hair. Her cut was beautiful but when I got home I noticed her paw pad was cut and 2 days later she began shaking uncontrollably. I eventually brought her to the vet, who found 3 slipped disks in her lumbar, which she said not to rule out her grooming experience as the cause. I'm furious and my dog is now on pain killers and is not herself. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

Well what more can I say. I found an old bulldog with messy hair, smelt very bad and teeth were very yellow (kind of like my ex boyfriend hehehe). Anyway I brought him in and in 2 hours I swear I could have put him into a dog show and he would have won!! A lady named chrissy did the work she was the nicest lady in the world, also very cute looking too bad I'm not a guy hehehe. Anyway this place is amazing it should be called dog heaven.
