Sounds, Objects, Guys, etc. With that being said he started participating in Ben's training several months ago. At the beginning he was terrified just to see him and with the patience of Ben and the staff he will now interact with Ben wagging his tail and starting to progress into other training command. Im definitely looking forward to seeing the progress my Lil guy makes. One thing I have noticed over the years is all the effort this facility and staff has provided me has helped me at home and being in public areas with him. Such as being less skiddish and more socialable

HPR just celebrated their 10 year anniversary and we are one of their long-term clients who have been there the entire time! Not only is there daycare available starting at 6am, which is phenomenal for those of us who start their day early, but also birthday pawtys, boarding, grooming, and training. My dogs have done it all and they get so excited when it's time to play!! Daycare packages offer financial savings, and they also have rewards that are basically converted into cash towards purchases. The staff can be contacted via text or email. If a phone call is needed, I can reach out or sometimes the groomer will call with questions. Highly recommend to give Henderson Pet Resort a try! Easy drop off and pick up with short-term parking up front. The staff can also help bring the dogs in and out, if needed. Behavioral evaluation is a first step, plus shot records; ask the front desk for more info. But once a customer, it's easy to upload most recent shot records to the files.

Your dog will come back from 3 weeks of "training" the exact same. Except now he recourse guards to the point of biting people. The only skill he seemed to learn here. We took our Husky in for what was called "3-week boarding training". Its cost was somewhere around $2300. Their cameras were "broken" most of the time so we got hardly any proof they actually trained him. We got our dog back about a week ago with zero instruction whatsoever. We've called almost daily for instructions on what they taught him but they don't respond. Our dog seems literally the exact same as when we dropped him off. He has not appeared to learn anything. What did they do with him for 3 weeks? Upon dropping him off, they make you pay for a $20 leash thing. Why this isn't included in the "3-week package" is beyond me. Upon picking him up, they said the "3-week package" we already paid for was only the training portion and we still need to pay more for the "boarding" especially during weekends when they don't do training. I said no this was not disclosed upfront but they "charged the card on file" anyway which I will be disputing as fraud. I've had 8 dogs go through boarding training at other facilities and all came back having learned so much. Henderson Pet Resort just seems to keep your dog and bill you however they can. Do not leave your pup at this facility. There are plenty of others.

Upon returning, we expected to pay for their stay (it was around 5 hours), the staff said "no charge" since it was the first visit. Unexpected and appreciated. Our family was delighted at the 1st day report cards (see pics). Also, the option to see your pups via livestream was awesome. A terrific cage/crate free (which is the point) experience, they played/interacted with other dogs of all sizes, made friends, and got "lots of pets". These pups shall return when needed!

My dog started out going here for a few hours at a time to play and then eventually boarded for the week that we were on vacation. All of the sudden after I was out of town... my dog was separated and never on the cameras. Every time I inquired, there was always some reason he was alone in a room somewhere else all day and all night. By the time he was eventually on camera again, he looked incredibly depressed and wouldn't get up. My dog has never acted like that before. My daughter's violin teacher had to go rescue him while she's full term pregnant. He was traumatized for days. He finally now goes back to his other camps where they love him and he's always happy. I can't shake the feeling that something happened to him while he was here.

We originally chose them due to our proximity to the business, and we've remained even after moving across town because of the phenomenal staff, customer service, and all around experience. This is the only place we'll board our dog. We absolutely love the grooming staff (which says a lot since we have an anxious pup who doesn't love the grooming process). From the moment you walk through the front door or call in, you'll feel like family. Even when months have passed without us using their services, when we return they remember our dog by name and it's like not a day has gone by. We particularly love the photos they'll take of our furry family members at the holidays. We love the photo updates we receive daily during boarding. We love that they don't hesitate to call and check in if they have questions or we've a selected a service we wouldn't normally opt for. Suffice it to say, the staff at Family Paw is at the top of their game. They treat our pets as their own. The service is truly above and beyond, and for that we are not only so appreciative but remain very loyal customers.

We have only ever boarded our dogs since we moved to Las Vegas and I didn't like them being left alone at night in a kennel. I think it just adds to their stress of you already being gone. So I searched for an in home sitter to make things easier for our two dogs and two cats. These two are excellent at what they do and have the calm nature your pets will respond well to. Angyla came over to our house for a complimentary meet and greet which is such a great service. It's nice to see your pets interact with someone new. My dogs loved her and my German Shepard mix just sat next to her and demanded pets the whole time!! She even played fetch with my crazy cattle dog and he's very nervous around new people. Angyla took notes and really listened to me about my pets and their quirks. We ended up booking their overnight services for 7 nights and Angyla kept me updated with photos and texts which we really appreciated. My son missed his cats and she sent photos of them which he appreciated!! Their rates are very reasonable and our house was very clean and our pets were so happy when we got home. The biggest compliment came from my husband who said this was the most relaxed he has been on vacation in a long time and I give Hey Buddy ALL the credit for that. I have to add that Angyla walked my dogs every day and they are strong pullers and can be reactive! She impressed the heck out of me doing that. I trust the team completely with his care, which says a lot when you're handing over a member of your family. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about the dogs. They do a great job keeping pet parents informed and will reach out if they notice anything out of the ordinary, even something as minor as an upset stomach. I really appreciate knowing that they're paying attention and that my border collie isn't just another dog in the yard. I also want to give a special shout-out to managers Aurora and Stef. They've always been wonderful, helpful, and incredibly caring with my boy over the years. I personally appreciate the care BarxParx takes with assessments and safety. When you're trusting a facility with your dog, you want to know they're being thoughtful about which dogs are in the daycare environment and making everyone's safety a priority. After six years of daycare, I can confidently say my border collie is treated like family here. He loves BarxParx, and so do I.
