Amazing and good! We had a special situation with a rescue dog and she was very helpful. We are glad we called her!

After spiraling down the rabbit hole, researching the various plethora of nearby daycare options…read morewith the important sole purpose to take advantage of a perfectly optimal socialization opportunity, to enroll my newly rescued/adopted puppy. All the current active staff working at this specific location have demonstrated & proven how extremely capable & exhaustively knowledgeable as trainers, dog behavior specialists, groomers, etc. They have exceedingly created a trustworthy controlled environment setting that makes me reassuringly safe to entrust the safety & wellbeing of my 4-legged son. They have gone above & beyond for my puppy & I could not praise/thank them enough for their time, energy & effort to nurture my puppy's confidence & needs. Including assessing & addressing his trauma triggers being bullied as the "runt" of his litter, that occurred prior to his rescue. I am thoroughly enthralled with their most adorable & transparently informative daily report cards that are released after their daycare reservation. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to cultivate & nurture their doggo-puppers development & overall wellbeing (with a heaping side of well deserved spoiled treatment)! Will definitely be a continuing member, as long as they will have Beemo & I, after we officially move to the PNW.

WOW! What a difference three weeks with Taylor and board & train at A Dogs Best Friend can make…read more Holy smokes. We are so happy and very proud of our dog's progress and have so much to thank Taylor for. Folks send their dogs to board and train programs for many reasons. For us, we wanted support honing previously learned skills, learning recall, and curbing a few unwanted behaviors such as excitedly lunging and jumping at people, fence fighting, and barking. We were nervous about so many things. What would we do without our boy for three weeks? Would his sweet and playful personality be the same when he returned? Could we stick to it and reinforce his learning at the end of it all? The three weeks away were tough. But we timed it with a family vacation which helped a lot. As for the dog we picked up at the end; Ozzie is the exact same amazingly sweet and playful dog. But he is so much more confident, calm, and responsive. He honestly seems like a much happier dog. Almost like he feels and shares the pride we have in him. And with the tools and confidence it has given us, we can now give him the fulfilling life he deserves. THANK YOU, TAYLOR! We look forward to continuing this journey with you.

My go to Petsmart! No complaints! Staff is always friendly,…read morethey're always stocked with the items I need and someone is always working on organizing the shelves. Always have to stop and look at the cute little birds, hamsters, mice and the rest of the critters. They look well taken care of. Good Petsmart!

Went into the store simply for crickets... I bought my daughter a leopard gecko about two weeks…read moreago. We are still learning about this lizard. My husband went to find an employee to help us with getting some crickets. As soon as the lady "IL" on her name tag walks up, she immediately told me I should have scanned a QR code if I wanted help. Not realizing there even was a QR code to scan, I asked how it worked. She responded "like any other QR code!". So whatever, I needed crickets. She asked how many and I told her we have one leopard gecko and I wasn't sure. She then replies that she doesn't have any lizards so how would she know? (I assumed that since I was at a pet store the employees would know about pets, and this store sells leopard geckos...) I asked for 20, then remembered the previous lady had dusted them with some calcium, so I asked about that. She was very short just telling me they don't do that. I left this store feeling like I had done something wrong for simply asking questions. I was treated like crap the entire time. I will go to Petco down the road from now on. Clearly PetSmart isn't interested in helping their customers, and has no knowledge on the pets they sell.
