I asked them if they keep them in cages all day and the girl said no they sometimes get put into play pens. I also asked if that's the case than why are there two in one cage together ? she told me she didn't know but that they are both males and need to be separated soon. I was looking for dog ramps to use with the Jeep, capable of handling a 100lb Rottweiler adapting to three legs. Needed to be wide, sturdy, long enough to not be a really steep angle, and light enough that I can set up, dismantle and store in the backseat without too much difficulty. They had one, but not quite the right size. Also needed an inflatable collar (looks like a big doughnut), to keep him from licking at the incision, but didn't want the old Elizabethan (aka lampshade) type that has dogs bashing walls, spilling water bowls, and can't see where they're going and looking ridiculously pathetic the whole time. Considered raised bowls too, but decided we didn't need that as a long term purchase and I could just put the bowl on a box for now if needed (turns out he's doing fine with bowls on the floor). I couldn't find the inflatable collars, but a staff member came to ask if I needed help. He bumped this review up to 4 stars. :) He guided me back to where I had been (how did I miss them?!) and found Argo's size. Phew! He said I could return it if it wasn't the right fit. That was really good to know because it wasn't a bargain at $34.99. Though it is bigger, in that it extends farther out from the head than others I had looked at. In the end I didn't get the ramp. Ordered a different one online on sale and managed to get free shipping, which helped when tacking on expedited shipping. Went to checkout and the young lady asked if I was interested in donating some cat food to a local shelter (NHSPCA- actually where we adopted Argo from almost 6 years ago) as they just took in 200 cats and kittens and needed extra food. Yikes! She had sample cans at slightly reduced prices, from 37 cents to 67 cents each). I bought one of everything and then added a small donation to PetSmart charities on the bill as well. PetSmart offers training classes, though I've never used their services. I've come across people who have. Some were pleased and others not. It's a small space, with several dogs and their people packed in for each session. Too claustrophobic for me, and for some dogs, those close quarters can be really stressful. Hard to teach things like come on recall from a distance. I'm not sure how much experience the trainers have either, to address issues that might come up outside of the prescribed "curriculum". Probably for an introduction to basic manners and obedience it can be helpful, particularly for new dog owners. Some training is far preferable to none at all.

Every bit of advice she has given us has proven to be absolutely perfect. She helps us with sales and coupons and is extremely friendly. I went to a pet store closer to me to get advice on a flea shampoo for my kitten. We love that pet store, but the person there basically knew how to run a register and that's it. I found myself getting in the car and wondering why I didn't just come over here. So here I am, and again I am very confident that the products I bought will be perfect for my little kitten. Not only was it an absolute pleasure to speak with her, her suggestion was incredibly helpful as I've used other products in my pup to help and nothing has worked. My husband and I had such a wonderful experience adopting our hound, Iggy. The people working were…read morekind and caring. They gave us the opportunity to spend time with our pup, they answered all our questions and provided us with a goodie pack full of things he needed as well as toys he loves. Our adoption came with a microchip, 3 free training classes on site and one month of pet insurance which are so very useful. I want to reiterate how kind and diligent everyone was during our visit. We were asked a number of questions to make sure we were a good fit with Iggy. We were also given time to walk with him around the grounds and see his behavior indoors. It was a great experience. I am also really grateful to any organization that is bringing dogs (especially hounds) north to find forever homes, indoors with families. It is a kind and wonderful thing to help these dogs in need. But then to extend the service to offer behavioral training is really going that extra mile to assist families and their new pets with a smooth transition and tools for lifelong success. I bought food for her cat Luna and Leo. I figured Leo could visit and play with Luna and brought a large climbing and scratching post. I asked her if she was giving me my kitten back and she said, NO! I'm the rightful owner of, Leo. He loves me and I love and miss him. I called the police but they can't get involved. A woman at MSPCA knows the woman and was mad I called the police. I didn't call about MSPCA. This woman at MSPCA came out with security screaming like a "crazy lunatic" - you're not to come here again!!!! All this because on Easter Day- I turned around and saw a black kitten everyone left behind and took him home. The last time I saw, Leo he was living in a dirty house and the kitty littler box was filled to the rim and he was walking on top of it. I cleaned the littler a couple of times a day and added fresh litter if required. I would have grabbed him but they're 3 against one. They have a cat Luna, why steal someone's pet they paid for and all his shots? Leo could have visited anytime to play with Luna. All paper belong to me.
