I asked them if they keep them in cages all day and the girl said no they sometimes get put into play pens. I also asked if that's the case than why are there two in one cage together ? she told me she didn't know but that they are both males and need to be separated soon. I walked out- didn't purchase anything. I will not support a company that profits off of buying animals from mills and has literally no education on how to maintain them. woof meow in my town stopped carrying animalsfor this reason. it's wrong. there are thousands of animals awaiting to be adopted. do the right thing and promote those animals.

This new grooming team was so rough with my gentle and happy dog that when I went to pick him up, he darted through the doors, eager to get out. They couldn't figure out how to put on his collar. They were not only inept, but cruel and traumatized my otherwise easygoing dog. He gets along with everyone and is very mellow, but something happened with this grooming staff, and I will never, ever bring my dog back to PetSmart. I always tipped $20 to the groomers on top of the fee, so I've been happy...up until now. Never again.

I went to a pet store closer to me to get advice on a flea shampoo for my kitten. We love that pet store, but the person there basically knew how to run a register and that's it. I found myself getting in the car and wondering why I didn't just come over here. So here I am, and again I am very confident that the products I bought will be perfect for my little kitten. They charge premium prices for the dogs, but literally no decent breeder would sell their dogs through a place like this. 100% getting their puppies from a puppy mills. Then after we were playing with this puppy, multiple other groups came in and the workers let them pick whatever puppy they wanted to play with. When I questioned them on this, they said it was because people would get mad to not play with the puppies so that's why there were letting them do it and not my group. When I asked if we could play with another puppy now that they were letting them all play, they said no. They said only one puppy per group for the day. The workers were very rude and were picking and choosing which group they would let play with which puppy. My group was very respectful as well so it was weird when they watched us walk out and didn't say have a good day to us when they were saying that to everyone else who left. Very disappointing visit.

So much so that when speaking with the owner she picked up on it too! She was fantastic and talked thoroughly to me about the calming chews she offered, why she selected them and thoughts on how to give them to my pup for the fireworks over the 4th of July weekend. Not only was it an absolute pleasure to speak with her, her suggestion was incredibly helpful as I've used other products in my pup to help and nothing has worked. This gave my pup a sense of relief the very first night I gave them to her. I couldn't have been more thankful to her and her staff. Ive adopted twice from them and have been very pleased. She hade Lyme disease and flea problems and…read moretick problems but they were up front with me and I bonded with her instantly and took her anyway. She was free from Lyme disease after some treatment and we treated her with medication for the tick and flea problems but they and she was all cleared up in 3 months time. She was so smart and loving but now she is dying. Arbor Veterinary gave her the rabies shot in the wrong place and paralyzed her and she may have 2 days left she is in really bad shape. I can't even get her to eat anymore. She locked her jaw. I'm really going to miss her when she passes and I don't know how I'm going to come up with the money for cremation because I was scammed for $5000 and we have no more money.

My parents adopted a puppy from them who should never have been adopted out in the first place…read more They told my parents he had previously had kennel cough and was fully treated for it. This puppy was emaciated, and diagnosed with very severe pneumonia not even 3 days after being adopted by my parents. He was having problems breathing so they rushed him to the vet. The poor puppy, neglected by the spca, is now dead. My mom called them as soon as they got home from the vet with the puppy, telling them they need to pay the vet bill because this puppy has severe pneumonia which does NOT happen in a matter of a few days... the receptionist, manager, AND director did not give a f**** and basically told my mother tough sh**t. A report with the NH State Veterinarian is being filed, as well as documentation and support from my parents veterinarian, and they are also in contact with the attorney general. What the NH SPCA did was ILLEGAL and cruel to the poor puppy that is now decreased, and cruel to my parents. No human or animal should have to go through this ever again.

Some time later, I special ordered a specific kind of fish, which came in after a long wait, only to have one of the fish deformed - not their fault, but weird kinda judgy vibes gotten from the employee that was helping me that day when I didn't end up wanting them. Placed another special order for the same kind of fish, hopefully not deformed this time, never heard back from them. Last encounter was maybe a month or two back, went in to look for another kind of fish and plants, and was met by a worker who seemed pretty uninterested in being there/helping me. Overall weird vibes here and it's always kind of gross/wet/filthy. I want to like and support the local fish store but honestly I've had better experiences at both pet quarters and petco by the mall (which is a pretty low bar).

I just need liter and he unlocked the door and brought me in and let me purchase my liter. I just think that was so nice he didn't have to do that he was allready locked up and out side of the store he could have walked to his car and drove away before I even got out of my car, however he told me he saw me pull up, so he basically waited to see if that's where I was headed.
