Every time we've gone in and we speak to her the most. I don't know her name, so a description is all I have lol younger girl with hair, dyed slightly blue. Every bit of advice she has given us has proven to be absolutely perfect. She helps us with sales and coupons and is extremely friendly. I went to a pet store closer to me to get advice on a flea shampoo for my kitten. We love that pet store, but the person there basically knew how to run a register and that's it. I found myself getting in the car and wondering why I didn't just come over here. So here I am, and again I am very confident that the products I bought will be perfect for my little kitten. I really hope this person is paid well and treated well. To be honest, she deserves some sort of bonus or raise. Thank you very much pet plus and I will see you again very soon!!

It was a buck or two higher priced than the bigger chain store. I joked with the peppy, young cashier that their array looked like a museum: They had one box and one box only of every brand on display. Friendly Pets has a nice assortment of pet food and accessories as well as a self-serve dog wash that one good ol' dog was less than enthusiastic about visiting. He became 70 pounds of "I'm not budging" on his way in the door but with a little cajoling from his little boy Master he reluctantly agreed.

I've been going to this store for the past couple of years now and everything had been great! I…read morewould go to buy pet food and I even got Guinea pigs here a couple years ago and the service was great. However, yesterday I went to go get some fish here and I asked for 6 Neón tetras and 4 dwarf Cory catfish. We were in a little bit of a rush and the worker was taking a while to get the fish caught (which I understand cause they are little and fast). However, after she had caught the Neón tetras she put them to the side so she could catch the Cory catfish. When she was done with all that she gave us the bags and said we were all set. However when we got to the cashier, there were only 4 Neón tetras in the bag and we didn't have time to go make her catch 2 more for us, so we left and planned to go back the next day to get a couple more because they are schooling fish and need at least 6. The next day (today) we went back to the store and asked for 6 more Neón tetras to add to the 4 we had gotten the day before. This time they had someone new training and had her net the fish while another worker was showing her how to do it which was fine. However, when she was done and we got to the cashier, I noticed there was a little baby guppy in the bag along with the tetras and I was so focused on that that I didn't count the tetras (there were only 4 again). But I said to the cashier "there is a baby guppy in here and we only want the Neón tetras" he proceeded to respond with "oh just keep it and take the free fish. " me, only being 16 didn't want to argue so I just went with it hoping it would be ok. Then as I got out to the car I was looking at the fish more to check them out and I noticed there were only 4 neon tetras in the bag along with the 1 baby guppy and a snail. Now I'm stuck having to either find a time to bring back the guppy and snail or just having to keep them and hope they don't die or that the snail doesn't overrun the tank with babies.

She was free from Lyme disease after some treatment and we treated her with medication for the tick and flea problems but they and she was all cleared up in 3 months time. She was so smart and loving but now she is dying. Arbor Veterinary gave her the rabies shot in the wrong place and paralyzed her and she may have 2 days left she is in really bad shape. I can't even get her to eat anymore. She locked her jaw. I'm really going to miss her when she passes and I don't know how I'm going to come up with the money for cremation because I was scammed for $5000 and we have no more money.

This puppy was emaciated, and diagnosed with very severe pneumonia not even 3 days after being adopted by my parents. He was having problems breathing so they rushed him to the vet. The poor puppy, neglected by the spca, is now dead. My mom called them as soon as they got home from the vet with the puppy, telling them they need to pay the vet bill because this puppy has severe pneumonia which does NOT happen in a matter of a few days... the receptionist, manager, AND director did not give a f**** and basically told my mother tough sh**t. A report with the NH State Veterinarian is being filed, as well as documentation and support from my parents veterinarian, and they are also in contact with the attorney general. What the NH SPCA did was ILLEGAL and cruel to the poor puppy that is now decreased, and cruel to my parents. No human or animal should have to go through this ever again.
