I had them inspect my chimney which needed to have the tile lining repaired. They estimated $3500 for the work which ultimately cost over $5000. Before they touched it, my chimney had worked fine for 20 years. After they "fixed" it, my chimney no longer drafts as it used to and I get a lot of smoke backing into the house -- even with the damper wide open.
