I accepted his price by email; and he indicated that he could start the middle of June. After I had waited a couple of weeks beyond his promised date of doing my driveway, I finally called him. He said something about me being a man of his word on the price. Even though he was higher than one company, I trusted, to my dismay, that he was a straight shooter. I asked him for a contract, and he never did send me one. I think that he had other jobs, probably paving ones that would give him more money, versus a sealcoating job. I called him another time and left a message of which it was not returned. He should at least have had the decency to tell me that he could not follow up on his promise. I finally resorted to calling other companies in late July and early August; but I feel that by waiting for Henry, I missed out on other companies scheduling my job this Summer. My wife and I finally had to sealcoat the driveway ourselves, and both of us are 77 years old! In closing, do not trust Henry on his being a "man of his word"! John C.
