Whenever unexpected issues arose, he found and explained the root cause and offered a solution at a very reasonable price. Right at the end, when we found the door was cut to the wrong size at the factory, Steve advocated for us and secured a brand new door at no extra cost. Steve is remarkably punctual and dedicated to his craft. He maintains constant communication, ensuring we're promptly informed of any developments. His pricing is consistently fair, and his work exemplifies quality and precision. Steve consistently seeks to address challenges in the most effective manner.
