Scheduled a private cooking class with Chef Paul! 14 of my friends and I learned how to make lasagna. We all had a blast and it came out delicious! Thank you so much for accommodating such a large group! I would definitely book again!

We hosted a Sette Pasta class in our home, and it was such an amazing experience! The class was fun, informative, and incredibly comfortable being in our own space. We learned so much, and Chef Paul was clear, patient, and helpful with each group every step of the way. And the food, absolutely delicious. Everything was so fresh! We made pasta with a rich, flavorful bolognese sauce and perfectly crispy arancini balls. Highly recommend booking Chef Paul and his team. It's not just a dinner, it's a memorable, hands-on experience that you'll be talking about long after the plates are cleared. Gina G.

My husband signed us up for this class and we thought it would be a fun and new experience. We were welcomed by Chef Paul with some champagne while we waited for everyone else to arrive. We enjoyed the variety of dishes we could create by using the sous vide method in cooking. We created Nicoise salad, Cabernet pan sauce for the prepped sous vided filet mignon. The sous vide egg bites were so flavorful and such a simple concept to make ahead of time. We really enjoyed cooking with everyone in the room. There were five other people along side the bar at a cooking station prepped thoughtfully for each guest. The wine tasting was the best part! We will definitely dine in Sette and book this again. It was really fun and for a Sunday afternoon brunch you didn't have to wait hours in line for. We enjoyed our experience!

From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and incredibly customer-focused. They made everything easy, allowing us to focus on hosting a meaningful event. And the food was truly outstanding. We hosted a breakfast buffet for our C-suite and senior leadership team, and every item was exceptional: the quiche, cinnamon rolls, breakfast enchiladas, bacon, and French toast were all absolutely delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend Randy Peters Catering. They not only delivered amazing food, but they also helped set a warm, positive tone for the day and enhanced the overall experience for everyone in attendance

The second was a beautiful grilled vegetable platter with asparagus, peppers, zucchini, squash, carrots and bread and crackers accompanied with hummus and ranch dip. The table was constantly replenished by Joseph, who also picked up plates and cups and kept the reception area nice and clean. He was an excellent server and very nice. Alan and Lindsay did an excellent job serving our drinks from the bar. The service was great and so was their food.

The teachers are truly amazing--we can tell they genuinely care for our little one and it gives us such peace of mind knowing she's in loving, capable hands. The communication is excellent, both in person and through the app. We especially love receiving pictures and updates throughout the day--it's such a joy to see her smiling, learning, and having fun! We feel completely confident that our daughter is not only well cared for but also loved and supported while she's at school. We're so grateful to the entire team at Knowledge Beginnings

My experience at this childcare facility left me feeling uncomfortable and ultimately led me to…read morewithdraw my children due to concerns about organization, communication, and safety. From the beginning, I felt rushed into bringing my children without being properly prepared. I was not clearly informed about what items I needed to provide for my children, the billing policy, or the exact amount I would owe. I asked multiple times for written confirmation of my monthly payment amount, but I never received anything by email. I was only given verbal estimates, which created confusion and uncertainty. One of my biggest concerns happened when my daughter was bitten by another child in her classroom. I understand that incidents can happen in childcare settings, and I do not blame the facility simply because a child bit another child. However, what made me extremely uncomfortable was the handling of the situation. The teacher stated in front of the director that she had already sent me an incident report, which was not true. I also never received a phone call regarding the injury. When I saw my daughter's injury, it was more severe than I had expected. The lack of communication and the fact that I felt I was given inaccurate information damaged my trust. After speaking with the director, we agreed to move my daughter to another classroom. Unfortunately, when my daughter returned after being absent for several days, nobody appeared to have prepared for her transition. Her belongings had not been moved, and no one was available to guide me to her new classroom. After waiting for quite some time, another staff member eventually assisted me, though she did not seem pleased to do so. Once I entered the classroom, it was clear the teacher seemed surprised and unprepared for my daughter's arrival. As a parent, that was concerning because transitioning a child into a new environment should feel organized and welcoming. I was also later emailed that I would be charged a late fee despite still not having clear information regarding the exact amount I owed or the due dates. In the end, my daughter was paid for the month but only attended a handful of times because I no longer felt comfortable with the overall environment. The disorganization, communication issues, and concerns regarding cleanliness made me feel that this was not the right place for my children.
