I had never heard of the place, so I figured I'd check it out. I found street parking easily on the morning I visited the store, though I can imagine how parking might be a little tricky on weekends or busier times. The store isn't very big, but it's crammed full of stuff. When I went in December, a large portion (maybe 80%?) of the items were Christmas/holiday related. I plan to come back and see what kind of inventory they have during the rest of the year! Very unique gift items and the prices are great. I found these cute Santa tongs that were only priced at $2.95. Usually in gift stores like Hallmark, I'm used to seeing items priced way more than that. I found myself pleasantly surprised when looking at prices. A few other customers were in there and we all talked about what cute store it is, and they expressed how much they love it there. One customer said there were a few other gift stores a couple doors down, but when I visited those, I was not impressed with their merchandise or pricing. This store, however, I really liked. The employee was also very very friendly. He took the time to wrap everything neatly with tissue paper and was just about the nicest person you'd ever meet. Definitely a fun place to check out if you're ever in Lincoln!

She was also very responsive over communication and open about the pricing options. When I described what we were looking for, I only got more excited as she was telling me what flowers would accent my dress and overall look of the day. I had trouble figuring out the best way to decorate the arbor, as I did not want to fight the natural beauty of Monte Verde Inn, but enhance it with our own personal touches. And Martha definitely came to the rescue! She allowed time to discuss different ideas, and in our final meeting, she had the grandest idea of all..... A floral chandelier with draping crystals! As I picked my mouth up off the ground with amazement... She informed me that she had been inspired by a recent class she attended (which I loved because it showed she was always striving to learn the newest techniques to deliver the best product to her clients). I was beyond myself and knew that would be PERFECT! She was confident that it would come out to the way she envisioned, and we were set to go. When I arrived to Monte Verde Inn on the wedding day, I could not have been more impressed! I saw the chandelier coming into fruition and Martha running towards me as she was so excited! We shared in the joy, and I loved that she was enjoying the process just as much as I was. Then to see the floral décor, lining the aisle, and all the elements together..... It was just a vision beyond a dream! From there, I walked into the bridal suite and saw my bouquet, with my bridesmaids' bouquets. They were GORGEOUS!!!!! I was sooooo happy! To see how she wrapped the stems, was just beyond perfection and the overall look was beyond anything I could have thought of. Saying I was happy, is an understatement! I love looking back at our pictures and just enjoying the floral elements she helped make come to life. We are so glad we chose to work with Martha! Martha is beyond professional, caring and passionate. I enjoyed my time with her, as she truly took personal time to get to know my husband and I. If you want the best, you work with the best..... I appreciated the email confirmation for my order but I began to worry when I didn't get any notification of the gift being received from my gf nor did I get any update from the shop. I gave it some more time but my anxiety only increased when I noticed that the business hours on Yelp started the establishment was set to close within 20 mins!! I immediately give them a call and ask about the status of my order. The gentleman with the nice accent assured me that the staff would continue to work on all orders and the delivery would 100% happen. He mentioned the floral delivery arriving late which caused the back up. I thanked him for his time and appreciated his reassurance. Fast forward: My gf absolutely loved her flower cake!
