My sister from another mister had moved to Rocklin a while back and since her birthday was coming up, I scrambled to find a few options of how wish her a HBD. I searched long and hard, weighing out my options of something pretty to look at or sending over something deliciously sweet. I kept juggling between a few places and ultimately decided to go with Rocklin Flower Shop. Let me start off by saying I've had a few hits and quite a bit of misses when it comes to floral arrangements being ordered. More so than not, my "large" bouquets are skimpy, wilt-y, and do not reflect the product that is actually being advertised. I scrolled through the website offerings and ended up crossing my fingers while placing my order. I made the purchase for Birthday Wishes Flower Cake [Vibrant] to be delivered with a balloon & custom message the following day. I appreciated the email confirmation for my order but I began to worry when I didn't get any notification of the gift being received from my gf nor did I get any update from the shop. I gave it some more time but my anxiety only increased when I noticed that the business hours on Yelp started the establishment was set to close within 20 mins!! I immediately give them a call and ask about the status of my order. The gentleman with the nice accent assured me that the staff would continue to work on all orders and the delivery would 100% happen. He mentioned the floral delivery arriving late which caused the back up. I thanked him for his time and appreciated his reassurance. Fast forward: My gf absolutely loved her flower cake! Rocklin Flower Shop did such an amazing job, she initially thought the arrangement was edible!! 5/5 stars. I am an absolute fan and I have definitely converted my gf as well!!! The arrangement was beautifully made and the staff did whatever was necessary to fulfill patron's orders. The flowers used were vibrant, fresh, and everything looked so full- just as pictured on the website. It goes without saying that Rocklin Flower Shop comes highly, highly recommended. read more

My kids and granddaughter, all of whom live in SoCal and have never been to this shop, sent me a beautiful bouquet from this flower shop on 1/31/24. A week later, today, 2/7/24, the bouquet looks and smells as good as it did an entire week ago! The arrangement was delivered on the day it was supposed to be, and the flowers are just so incredibly fresh and smell wonderful. I would recommend this shop to everyone. I found this flower shop online made decided to purchase my mother-in-laws birthday flowers from them because 1) They were the closest business to her house 2) They deliver flowers I had called to get more information on the process of ordering and shipping, and the lady in the other end was super helpful and basically directed me to the website. From there, it was super easy to maneuver through the website and after 5 minutes my purchase was complete. I received a confirmation email guaranteeing that my purchase would be delivered, since my order was complete by 3pm. *My mother-in-law sent me a picture of what I ordered and it was exactly was I selected. The only "negative" thing was that the pricing for mixed bouquets is pretty high. I purchased a mixed bouquet of mainly purple/lavender flower, it was considered "medium" size...with the delivery fee my total was just under $75! That's pricey, but for my mother-in-law, she's priceless. I kinda wish I would have shopped around and compared prices because I feel the pricing here is a bit high. There's your tip. read more

The first bouquet I received on 5/28/2021, on 5/29 it was apparent that the roses were dying. I have a lot of experience with flowers, delivery and proper care. Everything was done to ensure their sustainability, no luck. By 5/30/2021 half of the roses were dead. We emailed and called the florist who got back to us on 6/1/2021. After trying to lay the blame upon us as to the demise of the flowers, he agreed to replace them. On 6/2/2021 at about 5:30 pm a replacement bouquet was delivered. I immediately texted my husband to let him know I received the flowers, and that we were going to have the same problem. Most of the roses were never going to open, they were very poor quality. (the pink and yellow roses). On 6/4/2021 (less than 48 hrs. after delivery) I contacted the florist via email explaining my discontent and included pictures, and requested a call. Oh boy, the message that was left was NUTS! The Rocklin Flower Shop NEVER TOOK RESPONSIBILITY for the poor product quality and made NO offer as to how the problem could be resolved to our liking. I ordered 2 bouquets for Mothers Day this year and chose to use a local floral shop vs a national one. Process on line was pretty easy but to my dismay what was delivered looked nothing like what I ordered. I reached out to complain and they responded that they followed the substituon book and upgraded the size of the bouquet, however when you substitute almost every piece its not the same bouquet and I was still charged full price!!! Customer service is outstanding!! I called at 215pm and wanted a bouquet of 2dzn roses delivered. They were delivered by 4pm. A bit expensive. I ordered some pink roses from this shop and ordered same day delivery. Truth is these roses were an apology present for the wife and the delivery came at a perfect time.
