I cannot attest to the value as I'm always on the receiving end, but the fact that my flowers last so long speaks for itself. I received these beautiful roses (which most died in 3 days) in a vase. I decided to throw them out finally and was washing out the vase when I sliced my finger open... there was a piece of broken glass (not from the vase) at the bottom of the vase. I could not get the bleeding to stop. I would have rated a zero if I could have.On Thursday, Dec. 4, I called Rocklin Florist and ordered a standing heart spray for my sisters graveside funeral, I was out of state. The funeral was Saturday, Dec. 6, at 10:00. I was told they would deliver the spray to Lamberts Funeral Home by 9 am on Saturday so the spray could be delivered to the cemetery . The spray was delivered to the funeral home at 9:30 am but the funeral car had already left. So the spray was not delivered to the graveside on Saturday. It was delivered to the gravesite on Monday by the funeral home and the flowers were not on a stand, just laid them on the ground. I paid $292.00 for the spray and it wasn't used for the funeral. It made me look like I didn't even send flowers. Rocklin Florist blamed the funeral home for not delivering the spray to the funeral. It would have been delivered if it was at the funeral home on time. This shows Rocklin Florist is not reliable or professional. I will not be referring anyone to Rocklin Florist, my friends will not and my relative that referred me to them will not be using them again. I was very upset about this! read more

I typically buy my bouquets from Raleys since the price point is decent and the bouquets are actually quite nice! I decided to support a local business and found this spot on google. I came in this morning looking for a bouquet for my moms 70th birthday and the young lady in the front was friendly but the older woman who I assume is the owner was a bit serious and unwelcoming. She put something together and I asked for her to add a few lilys and she didn't say anything and seemed annoyed. The bouquet was done and I was surprised she didn't ask if I wanted a bow so... I asked for a lavender bow Price was $64 plus tax - $67 total I didn't notice the missing petals from the flowers until I got to my parents. Not very happy with this arrangement for the price point. The location is accessible and right on the corner of pacific, very easy sign to see with ample parking. Interior was typical walk in with large counter and flower station to the left with flower fridge. But the experience was a different story. Very difficult and i definitely do not recommend this florist. I recently moved here and was looking for a good florist. I came here as a recommendation from a colleague, gave 4 days ample notice that I'd pick them up when they opened on Friday. I walked in as it was a surprise bouquet for my wife, staff looked around and no flowers were made but they found the ticket sitting on their table. 2 staff members said they normally don't work and didn't have anything ready and 'don't know what's going on' ; bouquet wasn't even made. They blamed Silvia who was running late, she arrived looking annoyed and carrying her coffee as they rushed to get a bouquet together. Initially they brought out flowers started chopping away at the stems and I politely asked stating I requested lavender and white roses, with Lillie's and tulips to accent with greens and white baby breath. She looked annoyed and said there's 2 lavender roses in here, meanwhile the rest were dark purple. I asked them to please change to lavender and white, at the end of the day no apology, got the arrangement they were wrong twice with flower choice; said white roses weren't on the ticket and honestly felt like the bad guy and I've never felt that way at a florist. Conclusion; not the arrangement I requested, no baby breath, wrong flowers twice and they gave me a very condescending tone when adding 2 white roses as if they were doing me a favor when I requested it from the get go. Also the 'custom bouquet wrap' was a brown paper bag as if you were at a flea market, stems were cut all ragged and uneven. I could've easily gotten a better arrangement for half the price at a local grocer that includes flower food packet which wasn't even included. I regretted even purchasing the flowers as I went to Costco later that day and the quality and wraps were superior to the prepaid bouquet I bought and for 1/4 the price. I would say if there was some sense of apology or flexibility the experience would've been different but honestly if they would've just made it as requested there would've been no issues. But I understand why they have you pre-pay for the arrangement; so you're stuck with whatever they choose to dispense. read more

THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! my friend had surgery to remove cancer so I wanted to send her something beautiful. the card had no message so my friend didn't even know who sent it. i left a message for them and they never called me back. I spent 130$ on a wimpy bouquet that was supposed to be robust and dense and beautiful. The flowers were wilting and brown and sparse. The vase was a large glass bowl instead of the elegant urn. She sent me a couple pics. which i've enclosed along with what they advertised. I'm so beyond disappointed. Next time i'll use Raquel's Florist - they never have disappointed me. I had to order flowers for my sister's funeral. I planned on ordering online elsewhere but my family had already ordered from here and mentioned that the florist would give free delivery if they added it to the order. She tells me, "I don't know why she would say that but there is a $9.95 delivery charge for each separate order. Plus I am not sure if this will all fit in one trip anyway." I thought that was reasonable, fine. I looked on their website and wanted the Solace Spray because it was the cheapest $112.95 and it had a cool 45 degree angle . She was a little perplexed when I said that until I showed her a picture from their website. She says she didn't have a certain flower but had a similar one. I said that was fine but liked the pinks and yellows. She asked me to fill out a card for the family. .. I am the family? I had no idea WTF this was for. I asked what do I write. She gave me a suggestion but never said, Oh by the way this is going to be open on the display for all to see. Had I known, I might have been more eloquent and wrote nicer. So we get to the funeral home and the flowers were delivered on time but severely disappointing. It looked only vaguely like the picture. Mine was SO small and had more greenery than flowers it seemed. It also had hardly any yellow in it. And the biggest thing was that it was not set diagonally like the photo and that is what I liked best about it. I don't think she even paid attention. The flowers on my Brother in Laws Heart wreath were brown and dying. As I looked closer at all the flowers, about 40% were wilting, flimsy, and brown. The heat could have made them wilt but they should not be brown!!! I definitely would NOT recommend this place if you want something specific. The quality, attention to detail, and friendliness is certainly not there and their prices are not cheap. Very unhappy with my experience. Only good thing is that it arrived on time. read more

Went in to get some flowers and the ladies there were super friendly and accommodating! 3 stars because they asked me how much I would like to spend, I said $80. I told them to not put it in a vase and use the vase funds towards a nicer bouquet. 10 minutes later they gave me this bouquet. I went to check out and she charged me $85. The $5 over wasn't a big deal but the bouquet was underwhelming. It is a beautiful bouquet but I definitely don't see $85 worth of flowers here. My partner and ai walked in to order in person and we were greeted by the owner who was a delight. We explained the issues we were having when placing online orders from Google and she encouraged us to order from her website or in person to avoid the order being inappropriately pushed to 1-800 flowers and filled by other "florists". I ordered an arrangement for a funeral for a US Marine and specifically ordered this type due to the mixture of dark blues and whites. I also felt it was very masculine as well for him. The picture online clearly not only has more flowers in the arrangement, but also brighter colors. For paying $60 for this arrangement I really feel cheated and taken advantage of. I also called the place to tell them it is not the same and has missing flowers and barely any blue and I was told "We used the same recipe to build it as the online bouquet". I ordered the "Forever Green Plant Garden." The plant basket arrived looking NOTHING like the picture online. Not only were the plants different, but the container was supposed to be a modern flat tray with moss and serene rocks. Instead it arrived in a woven basket with a limp bow and sticks coming out in all directions adorned with butterflies. Luckily, the person receiving it appreciated the sentiment and the gift arrived when it was supposed to. However, I am very disappointed. I did call and speak with the shop directly. They apologized for the substitutions and admitted that they should have called me prior to making such drastic changes to the arrangement and offered options. They stated that they will be sending an arrangement of fresh cut flowers to the recipient as a gesture to make up for their blunder. SUGGESTION: if ordering, call them! Don't order online. That way you can verify that your arrangement will be as you hope it to be. UPDATE: The florist delivered a beautiful display of fresh cut flowers to the recipient as a courtesy. I specifically ordered a bouquet without lilies as they are poisonous to cats, as the recipient has kittens as well as an immunocompromised older cat. I found out later that the bouquet had to be thrown out, as it was full of alstroemeria, a.k.a., Peruvian lilies. I called the florist to ask them what happened, and was met with a nasty attitude from Natalie, the woman who claimed to manage the business. She said "alstroemeria aren't lilies according florists" as they're not toxic to cats. Natalie, with an extremely rude tone, was aggressively incorrect with her assertions, despite being provided with scientific information to the contrary. Alstroemeria contains Tulipalin A, which is a toxin that sickens cats. Do not trust this florist to back up their products. There are much better florists in town who can do better than the mediocre, pet-toxic bouquets that Rocklin Florist will deliver. read more
