    I received these beautiful roses (which most died in 3 days) in a vase. I decided to throw them out finally and was washing out the vase when I sliced my finger open... there was a piece of broken glass (not from the vase) at the bottom of the vase. I could not get the bleeding to stop. I told the person who purchased them for me and they will not be going here anymore (because of the glass and since the roses died so quickly with how much money they spent).

    This is a rip off florist!! Stay away if you don't want to be scammed!! They take your order for a pricy nice looking premium size arrangement and flowers and then they deliver a cheap looking flimsy nothing similar to the order they display!!

    I typically buy my bouquets from Raleys since the price point is decent and the bouquets are actually quite nice! I decided to support a local business and found this spot on google. I came in this morning looking for a bouquet for my moms 70th birthday and the young lady in the front was friendly but the older woman who I assume is the owner was a bit serious and unwelcoming. She put something together and I asked for her to add a few lilys and she didn't say anything and seemed annoyed. The bouquet was done and I was surprised she didn't ask if I wanted a bow so... I asked for a lavender bow Price was $64 plus tax - $67 total I didn't notice the missing petals from the flowers until I got to my parents. Not very happy with this arrangement for the price point. Most likely won't be back. I hope the customer service improves.

    The location is accessible and right on the corner of pacific, very easy sign to see with ample parking. Interior was typical walk in with large counter and flower station to the left with flower fridge. But the experience was a different story. Very difficult and i definitely do not recommend this florist. I recently moved here and was looking for a good florist. I came here as a recommendation from a colleague, gave 4 days ample notice that I'd pick them up when they opened on Friday. I walked in as it was a surprise bouquet for my wife, staff looked around and no flowers were made but they found the ticket sitting on their table. 2 staff members said they normally don't work and didn't have anything ready and 'don't know what's going on' ; bouquet wasn't even made. They blamed Silvia who was running late, she arrived looking annoyed and carrying her coffee as they rushed to get a bouquet together. Initially they brought out flowers started chopping away at the stems and I politely asked stating I requested lavender and white roses, with Lillie's and tulips to accent with greens and white baby breath. She looked annoyed and said there's 2 lavender roses in here, meanwhile the rest were dark purple. I asked them to please change to lavender and white, at the end of the day no apology, got the arrangement they were wrong twice with flower choice; said white roses weren't on the ticket and honestly felt like the bad guy and I've never felt that way at a florist. Conclusion; not the arrangement I requested, no baby breath, wrong flowers twice and they gave me a very condescending tone when adding 2 white roses as if they were doing me a favor when I requested it from the get go. Also the 'custom bouquet wrap' was a brown paper bag as if you were at a flea market, stems were cut all ragged and uneven. I could've easily gotten a better arrangement for half the price at a local grocer that includes flower food packet which wasn't even included. I regretted even purchasing the flowers as I went to Costco later that day and the quality and wraps were superior to the prepaid bouquet I bought and for 1/4 the price. I would say if there was some sense of apology or flexibility the experience would've been different but honestly if they would've just made it as requested there would've been no issues. But I understand why they have you pre-pay for the arrangement; so you're stuck with whatever they choose to dispense.

    THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! my friend had surgery to remove cancer so I wanted to send her something beautiful. the card had no message so my friend didn't even know who sent it. i left a message for them and they never called me back. I spent 130$ on a wimpy bouquet that was supposed to be robust and dense and beautiful. The flowers were wilting and brown and sparse. The vase was a large glass bowl instead of the elegant urn. She sent me a couple pics. which i've enclosed along with what they advertised. I'm so beyond disappointed. Next time i'll use Raquel's Florist - they never have disappointed me. If I wanted quality like this I would have gone to safeway. At least they'd have been fresh and I wouldn't have broken my bank to pay for them. Flippin INSANE. Take some pride in your work!! I'm so mad!!!

    I had to order flowers for my sister's funeral. I planned on ordering online elsewhere but my family had already ordered from here and mentioned that the florist would give free delivery if they added it to the order. She tells me, "I don't know why she would say that but there is a $9.95 delivery charge for each separate order. Plus I am not sure if this will all fit in one trip anyway." I thought that was reasonable, fine. I looked on their website and wanted the Solace Spray because it was the cheapest $112.95 and it had a cool 45 degree angle . She was a little perplexed when I said that until I showed her a picture from their website. She says she didn't have a certain flower but had a similar one. I said that was fine but liked the pinks and yellows. She asked me to fill out a card for the family. .. I am the family? I had no idea WTF this was for. I asked what do I write. She gave me a suggestion but never said, Oh by the way this is going to be open on the display for all to see. Had I known, I might have been more eloquent and wrote nicer. So we get to the funeral home and the flowers were delivered on time but severely disappointing. It looked only vaguely like the picture. Mine was SO small and had more greenery than flowers it seemed. It also had hardly any yellow in it. And the biggest thing was that it was not set diagonally like the photo and that is what I liked best about it. I don't think she even paid attention. The flowers on my Brother in Laws Heart wreath were brown and dying. As I looked closer at all the flowers, about 40% were wilting, flimsy, and brown. The heat could have made them wilt but they should not be brown!!! I definitely would NOT recommend this place if you want something specific. The quality, attention to detail, and friendliness is certainly not there and their prices are not cheap. Very unhappy with my experience. Only good thing is that it arrived on time.

    I'd been going to Rocklin Florist since 2019 - at the very least. 2-3 a week to buy a single rose for my wife's gravesite. I relocated six months ago and just returned today - needless to say, the ladies were as loving and welcoming as ever! Their creativity is unbelievable! I never know what to order - but they always come up with an arrangement that exudes their understanding of what I wanted to convey through flowers.

    Went in to get some flowers and the ladies there were super friendly and accommodating! 3 stars because they asked me how much I would like to spend, I said $80. I told them to not put it in a vase and use the vase funds towards a nicer bouquet. 10 minutes later they gave me this bouquet. I went to check out and she charged me $85. The $5 over wasn't a big deal but the bouquet was underwhelming. It is a beautiful bouquet but I definitely don't see $85 worth of flowers here. There are some incredible bouquets elsewhere for cheaper than this.

    I have attempted to order flowers from Rocklin Florist two times via Google and both times the arrangements were sparse and wilted leaving me very disappointed. The orders were not filled by Rocklin Florist. Weird because I have received flowers from them and they were beautiful. I decided to walk in t find out what the deal was. My partner and ai walked in to order in person and we were greeted by the owner who was a delight. We explained the issues we were having when placing online orders from Google and she encouraged us to order from her website or in person to avoid the order being inappropriately pushed to 1-800 flowers and filled by other "florists". Our order was delivered promptly today and the arrangement was stunning!!! I strongly encourage the usage of a fabulous local business who does amazing work !! Walk in or order directly from their website to avoid the bamboozle.

    Horrible experience. Requested bright sunny flowers with sunflowers and got something tiny that looked like it was for a very dark funeral with bland pastel purple faded flowers with brown edges on the pale drab rose. The owner and the other gal were very rude and condescending. EXTREMELY RUDE!! I filed a dispute and got my bank to credit my money back. I would give them zero stars but this thing won't let me. The drab arrangement is what they delivered--the bright one is one I made to replace the one from ROCKLIN Florist

    Absolutely stunning! This is the second time I've used Rocklin Florist and I am so impressed. We had a small wedding at my house and the arrangements are so beautiful. They used 2 vessels we had and sourced two more to match. Their designers are so talented and creative. I saw some of the other reviews and it makes no sense. I am beyond pleased and will use and recommend this business to anyone who needs flowers for a special occasion.

    I have recently ordered flowers from this location for the second time within the year and I have been equally pleased with the outcome both times. More so than not, my "large" bouquets are skimpy, wilt-y, and do not reflect the product that is actually being advertised. I scrolled through the website offerings and ended up crossing my fingers while placing my order. I made the purchase for Birthday Wishes Flower Cake [Vibrant] to be delivered with a balloon & custom message the following day. I appreciated the email confirmation for my order but I began to worry when I didn't get any notification of the gift being received from my gf nor did I get any update from the shop. I gave it some more time but my anxiety only increased when I noticed that the business hours on Yelp started the establishment was set to close within 20 mins!! I immediately give them a call and ask about the status of my order. The gentleman with the nice accent assured me that the staff would continue to work on all orders and the delivery would 100% happen. He mentioned the floral delivery arriving late which caused the back up. I thanked him for his time and appreciated his reassurance. Fast forward: My gf absolutely loved her flower cake! Rocklin Flower Shop did such an amazing job, she initially thought the arrangement was edible!! 5/5 stars. I am an absolute fan and I have definitely converted my gf as well!!! The arrangement was beautifully made and the staff did whatever was necessary to fulfill patron's orders. The flowers used were vibrant, fresh, and everything looked so full- just as pictured on the website. It goes without saying that Rocklin Flower Shop comes highly, highly recommended.

I just cannot get on that boat with them because my experience wasn't great. If you know better, then do better. Quality customer service these days are horrible as it is already, don't make it worse. DO BETTER.
