My father passed away recently and family from out of state placed several orders, see photos of flower's we were supposed to received vs flowers we received.. I do not recommend Becky's. We have tried to contact Becky's flowers, no answer, left several msg's. Have yet to receive a callback. Sad part is we were suppose to receive 2 flower arrangements and instead sent 2 of the same that looked like they bought flowers from the side of the road and arranged them in mason jars. Overall I would say avoid this business. First off, I tried calling in an order but they never pick up the phone and don't return calls. Second the website is not mobile friendly, so don't even try that route. Ordered a nice looking bouquet online on a Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery. They didn't arrive until l Friday afternoon with no notice of late delivery or anything! After they had not been delivered Wednesday I tried calling them Thursday afternoon and they wouldn't pick up or return my call. Tried emailing them too and no response. Then I went to the address listed on Yelp (there is no address on their website) in Roseville Square and surprised that the shop doesn't even exist there. Local business in the plaza told me there was a flower shop that moved or went out of business about a year ago. At this point I assumed I had been scammed, so I called my credit card company, reported the fraudulent transaction and at their suggestion canceled my credit card. Now I get to deal with the fallout from doing that. Great fun. Then my wife texts me on Friday afternoon thanking me for the flowers. The bouquet was really beautiful but after all this I am still just left shaking my head. Absolute worst communication I've ever experienced with a flower shop. Who does business like this??? I 'checked' in here because I am close by from my hotel but I wanted to let everyone know that this was my first time ordering from Becky's Flowers online and it was a professional experience. I had called them to ask how their online ordering went and they explained everything to me. So I placed an order online to order my flowers for my Grandmother who passed away. The day before her service I called to confirm their delivery that I setup and they assured me on delivery. Today was her service and the half dozen red roses were beautiful and delivered as promised and as shown online. Not only were they professional on the arrangement of the flowers, they were also professional on the phone and a pleasure to speak with too when confirming. If you need flowers for any occasion, please check them out first. They will impress you like they did with me. Ordered a large bouquet for my mom for Valentine's Day and I had my expectations set as high since I paid $95 for it. Beautiful bouquet on the website but when the flowers delivered to my mother, I was disappointed. Looked nothing like the picture, flowers wilted, and it looked like a small bouquet. For $95, you'd expect to be wowed. Most likely won't order again Update 02/14/2018 Spoke to a rep 02/13/2018 via e-chat was told that flowers will be redelivered and I will be given $20 credit. Well, flowers never re-delivered, called the hotline for customer service, was told that the florist believed the flowers they sent to me were up to standard and worth the $95 I paid. Wilted flowers and a small bouquet is up to standard and $95?? I don't think so. Only received 50% refund which is something I don't understand. Wow! I just received a bouquet from Becky's flowers and am super impressed by the quality of flowers and how they arranged so many different colors into such a cheerful, elegant bouquet. Even the vase was top notch and not one of those generic glass vases you typically get from a florist. And they included chocolates from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Company (yum!) and mylar balloons which made the whole thing even more festive. Everything was just so lovely and I'd definitely look to Becky's next time I need a florist. They do beautiful work! read more

I order flowers for my fiancé from time to time. It is usually different places because I use whatever flower shop is closest to where she's at. It is really hit or miss with what the flowers actually look like (compared to the picture they show online). Sometimes they are smaller, out of place, obvious that they rushed it, and horribly put together. But, this was not the case for Becky's Flowers. They looked really great, and exactly like the picture. The flowers looked very fresh and weren't wilted at all. The person I spoke with on the phone was very nice/friendly and didn't try to up-sell me on random and unnecessary add-ons. 10/10 would buy again. read more

Becky's, you're a life saver. It was my 6 month anniversary yesterday (Sunday) with my gf. So Saturday night, I was online looking for florists that delivered on Sundays, came across Teleflora. Seemed like a decent deal, and it said they'd deliver Sunday so I ordered. Even called customer service Sunday morning and asked, they said they'd be delivered sometime between 11am-5pm, so I said ok. Annndd she NEVER received the flowers. Looked up reviews for teleflore... Absolutely horrible reviews. Shoulda done my research before placing the order. DONT EVER ORDER FROM TELEFLORA. THEN Sunday night I looked up more places, about 10... All with crappy reviews until I came across 'Becky's Flowers,' which was located in Roseville and it seemed too good to be true. I ordered "Dance with Me Bouquet with Red Roses," It was my first time ordering flowers online, so I found it to be a little pricey, that's the only reason I'm giving it four out of five stars. Other than that, they delivered on time, my girlfriend's reaction was PRICELESS, and she sent me a picture of the flowers, they were BEAUTIFUL. Definitely worth it! THANK YOU sooo much! Sometimes I have to repeat myself over & over when giving a phone order, but the person who took my order got everything right on the first try! I ordered through website company for flowers for my uncles funeral. I did not live in Roseville so I was a little worried my flower order would not turn out right. I had spoken a few times with the florist that ribbon sash was very important. On the day of the funeral I had a chance to check the flowers out at the chapel before service. Flowers was were just gorgeous the largest heart shape I had ever seen there but the ribbon was missing. I was very worried and was able to find out which local florist shop made the order. It was Becky's flowers in Roseville, so I called them up and explained the situation that the large flower company I went through forgot to give him the details and they immediately were on the repair with about an hour left before the service. I'm so grateful that that Becky's shop was able to print the ribbon, deliver the ribbon and place it on the flowers as quick as they did. My husband purchased an arrangement for our anniversary (a rare event to be sure) by visiting the store and having the designer make it up with requested colors (no yellow as I dislike that color) and flower types. Arrangement was very nice with great colors, but the roses looked like they would not make it more than a day. Sure enough from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning, the 3 pink roses were hanging at end of stems. I stopped in Monday after work to show them the pics. The young lady said that was not satisfactory and wished to re-make the arrangement and deliver Tuesday since they were getting a new shipment of roses after 2pm that day. She was very nice and that's one reason they are not getting one star. Tuesday afternoon, I got a delivery of a completely different arrangement with tired yellow small, multi-stem roses (gag), large lilies, and some other purple daisy-like flower. No pink or red roses. Flowers were barely in the small square vase as if someone just plopped them in quickly and sent it out for delivery. Most of the flowers in this arrangement I saw in their fridge as she had me look in there Monday afternoon, and there wasn't much. I have no idea what my husband paid for this debacle, but neither of us would visit or recommend this florist again. read more

I ordered a sympathy bouquet for my mom when my grandmother passed. Considering the situation and the fact I couldn't be there for her, I ordered one of the nicest bouquets Becky's offered. I was pleased with how easy the website transaction was and the fact that it was delivered the same day. My stepdad sent a picture of the bouquet and although it was very pretty it didn't really appear to resemble what was on the website which stated it to be 34" tall. I thought it could have been a poor photograph angle, but I was a little suspicious. A few days later I saw the bouquet in person and I was rather disappointed. It was pretty but didn't have the "presence" I was hoping for. It was closer to 24" and was about half vase. It looked similar to the times I've put together a couple of grocery store bouquets for my girlfriend. I've spent ~$30 on those occasions, this time I spent $185. Granted, this was delivered the same day and came with a vase which is worth a premium. At the end of the day I really wanted to "wow" my mom with an outpouring of beauty and something that couldn't help but make her smile. At that moment there was no limit to what I would have paid to get that. What I feel like I got was a simple "that's nice" bouquet that next time I'll pick up at the grocery store. read more

As an update to my previous post, the manager (Mark) got in contact with us about my review. He was very concerned over what we'd said had happened and was committed to making our experience better. He reimbursed us for a portion of the money we'd spent on the flowers, specifically for the flowers we had to throw away because of the long time between when we picked them up and the event. His attentive care makes me feel better about Becky's as a whole and think that there must have just been some behind-the-scenes miscommunication that resulted in our misadventure with them. From what I understand, Mark was on vacation when he called us to help us out with our situation, and I think that shows a huge commitment to customer satisfaction. I'm revising my rating to 4 stars because, though our initial interaction had regrettable results, they certainly regrouped to give us a better experience and I'd be happy going back. read more
