Like many folks who have left reviews, in the years I've come to Dr. Rappaport's office it never dawned on me to leave a Yelp review. And yet at the same time I tell everyone I know how wonderful he is, so this is waaaay overdue. If you are reading this because you're looking for a new dentist, STOP the search right now because you have found the best of the best. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by the amazing Dana, and are welcomed into the most relaxing, clean, comfortable waiting room. But don't get too used to it because they never keep you waiting for more than 5 minutes at the very most. I have interacted with probably every hygienist in the office and truly cannot pick a "favorite" because everyone is so kind, gentle, and overall wonderful. Today I saw Brianna and she was being shadowed by a high school senior who is studying to be in the dental industry. Need I say more? Educating the youth! And it was fascinating to watch Brianna explain the significance of every tool she used, all the while being so friendly and making me feel relaxed. My reason for leaving this review today in particular is because she shared how she has worked for Dr. Rappaport for 19 years!! Again, need I say more? He is such a fantastic dentist that his team becomes family for literal decades. I told her that when Dr. Rappaport walks into the room it's like being visited by the most loving and caring father (the one I never had, but that's a topic for therapy, not for Yelp). He has the most warm and welcoming presence, is genuine in his conversations, and pats you on the shoulder so authentically like he's proud of you for taking care of your teeth. He must see dozens of patients each day, but when he's in the room with you it's only YOU and your teeth that matter. He's done 6 fillings for me and I was terrified going in as it was my first time, but he was so wonderful that I ended up having a great time at both of the procedures. Who would have thought? So if you're looking for a trustworthy dentist office, you have found the one. They will never upsell you or do anything to make you question or doubt the advice being given. Everything about this entire group of individuals is so authentic and caring. Am I excited about my next cleaning in 6 months??? I mean, not like "giddy" excited because I do have a life but yes, I look do forward to seeing these wonderful folks again and will continue to tell friends and family that Rappaport Family Dentistry is the BEST in the biz. The measures he had in place during COVID is more than my medical doctors. I absolutely love this office and both the Hygienist Mallory and Carly are great. As far as the cancellation policy, due to his particular business hours I found it understandable since the office works so hard to confirm the appointments.
