Appointment On Short Notice…read more I reached out to Dr. Haines who is my general dentist on short notice after I felt some sort of infection after having a wisdom tooth pulled at another office. Apparently, I was traveling a few days after my wisdom tooth was extracted and on the 5th day my mouth started to feel irritated and inflamed. Once I returned home, it was time to call and make an appointment for an oral evaluation, which was on the same day I called. After taking antibiotics and thoughly cleaning my teeth, the discomfort subsided, but I still attended to my scheduled appointment with Dr Haines. The wait time was minimal, which is usual at this office, and Cassidy took me to the examination room, listened to my concerns and took some x-rays for review. Dr. Haines took a good look, gently tapped a tooth or two to ensure I was not in any pain. He reassured me that my remaining teeth were in good shape. Most likely I had failed to keep the area clean, which was still healing from the pulled tooth. The antibiotics helped, but I made doubly sure to clean the area after every meal, and so far so good. Thank you Dr. Haines and Staff! I really appreciate the care and attention I have received.

Deep cleaning requires extra out of pocket costs. After the 3rd or 4th time of them trying to get me to do deep cleaning, I walked out. They then proceeded to call the police who then showed up to my house to give me a breathalyzer. Of course I passed the test and the officers apologized. How is it that you can "smell" alcohol on a person through a glass with a small slit at bottom? Please review other low star reviews for this company... they are known for pushy/sketchy sales tactics and likely insurance fraud----BEWARE!!

I traveled from out of state for this surgery because Dr. Haigney was highly recommended for his expertise in implant surgery. The entire staff was very informative and welcoming. Initially, I found it odd that a plastic surgeon was also an oral surgeon but there were no issues. While the uncovered portion of insurance is payable in advance of surgery, my dental Insurance was processed without issue . She was in and out of the office within 2.5 hours max. Dr. Haigney called the next morning to check on her status. As a mother, T]this made me feel really good. If there were any issues with my daughter, I would have been able to address them with him directly. However, she had no issues. Her pain today (2 days later) is minimal and she had a cheeseburger today. It was great to see take 30 minutes to eat a meal; I hope this tradition continues. :) As with all dental surgery, know that you will have prescriptions to drop off and pick up immediately after to ensure the minimum pain level is maintained on behalf of the patient. This was not the case for me personally (with a surgeon in Greensboro) but is specifically important when your wisdom teeth are extracted.

My husband and I have been going to Dr Anderson Dental Group for almost 3 years now. Best choice…read moreever. They are dentists that believe in 'preventive' care. They even give me prescribed toothpaste that NO OTHER DENTIST has EVER suggested! (It tastes great and really helps!) If they see a small cavity they believe it should be fixed right away before it gets worse. They explain to me what's going on with my mouth and even take photos to show me. Extremely thorough. They also believe in not letting patients suffer and also try to lower your dental anxiety (if you have any). Very friendly staff as well. As for the other reviews, they are not money driven at all -they have always been fair with my husband and I- and you really can't expect services for free anywhere. That is not a fair review at all. Also, I think it's great that the dentists (married couple) advertise with a photo of them with their staff in the Salisbury Post. They are proud of their staff and think of them as family!! Pretty silly and frankly stupid to give them 1 star if you base it on a photo and not their care and/or service. That review should be deleted.
