I could not be more thrilled! Ever single person encountered here, from scheduling, to treatment, were incredible and kind. Genuinely good at what they do, funny and down to earth, and genuinely sweet without that fake syrupy persona a lot of people do in this line of work. They explained and walked me through everything smoothly and so well. They never once tried to upsell me anything or force any work on me like SO many others do (which is a huge red flag, to say the least). I appreciate that more than I can begin to explain. Quality was never great and always trying to recommend you to overpriced out of network specialists. Read the other reviews over the years. Now you must sign a waiver saying if they cause irreparable harm doing a routine cleaning you have no recourse. Without waiving all rights they will not perform cleaning. The waiver is also digital so no exceptions to specific excessive points can be taken. This on top of other quality concerns has me looking for a new provider. I've been wanting a new provider for the last two or three years but haven't gone through the effort. Mostly out of inconvenience of finding a new dentist for twice a year cleaning. Waiver was the final straw.

When my husband finally saw Dr. Gibbs, he expressed his displeasure at being left to wait with no explanation. Dr. Gibbs was stunned! He didn't even KNOW that he was running an hour late!! He brushed it off with the comment that "There had been an emergency" (uh huh...) After all that, Dr. Gibbs refused to go ahead and treat my husband! He simply fired us! After waiting 4 months to get an appointment, and an hour to see him...we are back to a better periodontist that was highly recommended to us.
