Over two different trips to TT&RV, we have spent over $10,000.00 in service repairs. The first trip…read morein November was for oil change (both engine and generator), lube and transmission service. While the coach was there, they found several air leaks in our brake system and a small leak in our coolant recovery reservoir. We have an extended warranty which would have covered the coolant recovery reservoir but because how it was presented to our EWC, they denied the claim. Cost us $1,355.00 out of pocket. I understand that dealing with EWCs can be a challenge so I blame TT&RV somewhat. Happy that they found the air leaks which they fixed at a reasonable price. We just got our coach back from them earlier this week. We had several minor issues that needed to be addressed including one of our roof air conditioning units wasn't working correctly. I also had a question about how to fill the fresh water tank in our unit The cost of the air conditioner unit itself was covered 100% by our EWC. The problem was with the amount of labor that TT&RV was charging. TT&RV charged 2 hours of labor to diagnose the problem, then an additional 5 hours to install it. 7 hours total for what should have been 2 1/2 or 3 hours total. That's a lot of money at $190.00/hour. I checked with the EWC and they said they paid the industry standard of 2 1/2 hours. We ate the difference. During the same visit, I had asked how to fill our fresh water tank (I knew that I could fill it directly into the tank but I wondered if I could fill it using the city water connection. They had originally quoted me 1 hour of labor ($180.00) to check it out. When I got the invoice, It was 3 hours ($540.00). When I questioned Shawn, he said that the technician that did the work had to "trace" all of the lines and that is what took so long. There is ONLY 1 line that goes from the water tank to the water pump. It is absolutely ridiculous that something as simple as that should take 3 hours to complete. The bottom line is that we have spent over 10K with these guys over the last 6 months and we think we have been overcharge. We will not be back!

DO NOT USE THIS MAN FOR REPAIRS OR RV PURCHASING!!!!!! Would give less stars if I could. "Nick"…read morescammed me and then tried to gaslight me into believing it was my fault that he sold me a trailer that had known NON COSMETIC issues. I bought a trailer, drove up to take a look at it, was told MULTIPLE TIMES "it only had cosmetic issues" and I was sure to clarify this was the case. Of course he lied, brought it to where it's supposed to be hooked up and spent over $2,500.00 to park it, hooked it up, there's a massive leak with the kitchen sink, MAJOR water damage which revealed a soft spot after it was exposed / once it flooded for a few hours. When I looked at the trailer I noticed the cabinets had started to swell at the base and they seemed very moist, he assured me AGAIN That there was no water damage LMFAO, bullshit. But I believed him, which was dumb on my part, but he confidently told me he and the professional he uses inspected it. I naively believed him thinking he wasn't a liar. It clearly had been inspected recently and that leak was probably noticed when the cabinets swelled. Apart from that there are exposed wires, the AC / furnace and thermostat doesn't work, several windows don't operate fully, there is horrible rodent issue (this is old, not recent) spent $9,500.00 on the trailer (negotiated from $10,900) then spent another $2,500 to park it where I'm staying for work, about $1,500 for an inspector and mechanic, and am about to spend another couple thousand to have everything thoroughly inspected and quoted for repairs that way I have enough documentation to drag this man to small claims court and be reimbursed for every penny spent on this trailer as well as what was spent after to discover these issues because this is absolute BS. Moral of the story -- this sale is going to cost him money, all he had to do was be honest. Oh also... He tried to claim that he offered numerous times to help me out or to work with me when that is not the case. Our entire text chain is him denying that he did anything wrong and denying that there are any issues which is just wild. This guy is smart. He knows exactly what he's doing And he thinks he's being smart by not admitting to fault through text. The thing is when you post an ad stating that this trailer has no issues, is ready to go, has only cosmetic damage etc... and the trailer has a history / maintenance record that says otherwise -- That was your first mistake. Pro tip- just be honest. Don't confidently scam people who are just looking to buy a trailer. If the trailer has issues, disclose them!
