His digital acumen is notable (eg jpegs, measurements, technology, etc) in a field of inspectors that are often a little too pencil and paper for the times. He offers great references and perspective for details both large and small. He's very sharp and detail-oriented. He caught a difficult to see problem at our first appointment that was near catastrophic and the home owners association brought in an emergency crew to fix it. You want an inspector that will not just clear a property fairly but who'll leave you confident in missing next to nothing for livability and improvement costs later on. If you're looking for a standout home inspector, this is your guy. I will absolute use him again.

He walked us through the process, and made it so much easier than I had anticipated. He's extremely knowledgeable and was amazing when it came to explaining what needed to be done right away, and what could wait a bit before tending to. We feel confident moving into our home, knowing we had Steve check it out first. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector. **Update** We recently had our steam boiler replaced and updated, and I let me tell you - I am so grateful for how Steve walked us through the ins and outs of our basement during the inspection! We felt confident when requesting quotes and knew just what to ask for. I felt compelled to add this tidbit and again touch on how thorough Steve was, and that I would be happy to recommend him for any home inspection!!!

After I had hauled all of that unnecessary insulation out of my attic, the last thing I wanted was 51 trash bags decorating my North Attleboro yard all winter. From my initial contact, Obed was friendly and communicative, and he kept me posted as to the how and when. Even though I had offered to help out with the loading, Obed & co. ended up doing it themselves, because they had an opening on the early side of their ETA and showed up while I was still making ZZZs (I'm not what you'd call an early riser). The guys made short work of the mountain of bags, even though the snow and rain had added some lbs. They got all the bags in one truckload, and without risking the tires, suspension, life and limb, or the car behind them on the highway. No problemo. The whole thing was very affordable, too. (Be Grateful could charge a lot more.) Obed & co. are true professionals, who get the job done right and make it look easy. I'd definitely hire Be Grateful Junk Removal again.

They even made sure there was nothing left in the ground when the mountain of junk was gone! I can't say enough good things about this business. Thank you so much for being so accommodating!

Rachel at Waste Network wrote back to us promptly after we requested an estimate through their website, and continued to communicate with us in a timely manner as we sorted out pricing and scheduling. Within a couple of weeks of our initial contact, Waste Network was at our house picking up our unwanted stuff. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and invoiced us electronically the same afternoon, at half the cost of the other company's quote. I could wish they had included the extra $35 disposal fee for our old dehumidifier in their original estimate, but that's really just a minor quibble (there was mention a $35 fee for TVs/monitors, which apparently extends to some other large electronics). Overall we are very happy to finally have the old junk that was hanging around our property cleaned up and gone!

I was extremely happy with the price and the finished product. I highly recommend this business.

I'm giving you the keys to my car with a loaded truck full of my personal valuables, and expecting you to give it back to my thousands of miles away with everything in tact. Skepticism aside, I took the chance with these folks and they made the process incredibly easy. The reason why I went with CCLDM, is because they allowed me 100lbs in the trunk of my car to pack whatever. My situation was interesting, cause no moving company would take my stuff cause I didn't have enough stuff to make the trip. Therefore, that 100lbs in the trunk really saved me. Communication was excellent. The email response was excellent. Everything was great. I had a follow up phone conversation with John, one of their representatives, just now to ask how the service was, and I really appreciate them doing that. I put a lot of value into communication, and they held up their end of the bargain. If you're looking to ship your car or ship your things, give these folks a call.

These guys are honestly one of the most professional companies I have worked with in any capacity. Everything was packed up and catalogued in a matter of hours. The apartment was left spotless. Since I was moving out of Orlando right after Hurricane Irma, I was naturally worried that stuff would get stuck in the infrastructural mess that followed, but to my surprise it ended up arriving promptly on the promised date. The entire time it was in transit, I was kept up to date by a very friendly customer relations agent that was assigned to me directly. The delivery crew was just as friendly and professional as the pick up crew, carefully unpacking all of my belongings and placing them where they needed to go.
