I was experiencing some anxiety and emotions (which I explained as soon as she came in) and was clearly upset. However, instead of being kind, comforting and understanding, She behaved as if I was angry. I told her I hadn't been to the dr in awhile and just feeling anxiety. She didn't like the way I was sitting in my chair with one leg up and spoke to me as if I was a child and not a 40 yr old woman. Then she said she couldn't continue the appt or care for me at all even in the future. This is upsetting and not how someone should be treated by a DOCTOR. I definitely don't want her as my dr if she can't show empathy when someone is upset/crying. I felt judged and dismissed. I've never been treated this way by a Dr. and hopefully no one else will be.

After returning the paperwork I waited at least 30 minutes and was then called back to the front desk. At that point I was told I had to reschedule and come another time. Dr. Sievers wouldn't see me because I was supposed to arrive 20 min. early to fill out the forms. I hadn't been told this when I made the appt. The day before the appt they left a voicemail saying 'Please arrive at 3:05'. They did not say 'You must arrive at 3:05 or your appt may be forfeited'. The front office person and physician's asst were sympathetic but couldn't do anything about it because it was Dr. Siever's decision. I've never before had an experience like this of a dr being so rigid and inflexible, making me leave because I was a few minutes late, and not even clearly communicating her policy so I would know. I'm not going back. I don't want to see a dr like that. I'll find someone else.

Over the years, my weight crept up to 200 pounds. In March of 2022, Dr. Gerayli suggested that I try Ozempic as a way to curb my appetite. I agreed and she gave me some guidelines for planning my food intake: eat only during an 8-hour period; limit breakfast, lunch and a snack to about 200 calories each and dinner to about 600 calories; exercise regularly. Monthly visits with Dr. Gerayli kept me on track. By taking the Ozempic and following her suggestions, I lost 50 pounds over a nine-month period. She entered the room by asking "So, what are you here for?" no warm welcome at all! Instead of reading my test results back to me & explaining them she recommended I join a workout class. I left the appointment feeling like I wasted my time, without receiving any real medical guidance or support. Healthcare should be compassionate and professional, but unfortunately, this office provided neither. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful and attentive medical care.
