Amazing quality
Tiara B.

Beautiful vineyard! I enjoyed wine tasting here and it was nice, very informative and great quality wine. I have to be honest, it was a bit boring, the atmosphere was as dry as the wine but I guess entertainment wasn't the goal. I can't remember the name of the person who conducted the wine tasting but she was okay, offered to take pictures and added some additional tastings to our experience which was nice. There are plenty of vineyards in Napa Valley/Sonoma, be sure to check out ones that offer the best experience along with great wine.

Karen is fantastic! We love the nose on Moses & Hall and literally bought everything! We joined the wine club and can't wait for the pick up events. Yes! We will be back!

Lovely experience. Jonny was great. Beautiful view. Nice wines. Be sure to try the sparkling wine.

Went for a wine tasting --- and I have to say, out of the 12 wineries we did throughout the few days in Sonoma, Patz & Hall wines were the best by far. A relaxed atmosphere, knowledgeable & friendly staff, and a beautiful setting. A little off of the traditional Sonoma path when "Googling" wineries, but one you must stop at!

A couple we know are members of this winery. When we decided to do a Sonoma trip, they made an appointment for our group of six on Saturday, July 21st at 3pm. We were sat in a more private area which was nice as it felt more intimate. Sonoma House Tasting ($35 per person): *Chardonnay: 2015 Hyde Vineyard, Carneros, 61 Barrels ($65) *Chardonnay: 2015 Ritchie Vineyard, Russian River Valley, 14 Barrels ($65) *Pinot Noir: 2014 Moses-Hall Vineyard, Carneros, 23 Barrels ($75) *Pinot Noir: Sun Chase Vineyard, Sonoma Coast, 10 Barrels ($70) I'm not sure how much the tastings were, but the price mentioned above is what they have listed online. I'm honestly more of a full bodied cab girl, but I enjoyed these wines. I'm not big on white. I typically only drink sauvignon blancs if I'm sharing a bottle of white with someone. (I like that sauvignon blancs are typically crisp and dry.) The whites here were pretty good. They didn't remind me of the buttery chardonnays that I'm not into. The pinots were surprisingly bolder than I expected. Typically, I find pinots too light for my taste. I liked the moses hall one the best out of the four we tasted. My friends ended up buying 5 bottles, so our tastings were comped. I believe all the bottles were the 2013 Burnside Vineyard, Russian River Valley. I didn't enjoy this bottle as much as the Moses Hall, but I guess it was their last five, so my friends just grabbed them. The people guiding us through the tastings were so nice and sweet. We had a great time during the hour plus we were here. Great winery for pinots and chardonnays. One of the better tastings I've been to. Made up for the horrible tasting we had prior.

Such a wonderful experience at this modern yet classical winery! Michelle and all of her teammates took such good care of us making our anniversary more than memorable! On top of the world class wine already on the menu, the few extra bonus pours really felt like a Christmas surprise! We were sat in front of the fireplace which added warmth and light to our experience. Definitely bring your friends and family here, if not the whole block of neighbors! ;)

Lovely tasting. Pinot Noirs were all so different and I loved how they wanted the consumer to taste the wines side by side. Mainly Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with some sparkling. Will be back

Beautiful place from the moment you drive through the driveway My niece is a member there and she made a reservation for us on the cover patio I am from the east coast and I frequent the Northern Virginia wineries which are beautiful and good but most of them are kids friendly This place is very elegant and the wine oh the time is divine, we were blessed to have Patrick who is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to share his knowledge with us I usually don't preferreds but I love everything Patrick poor in my glass that glorious day I love it so much I order to be delivered I drunk so much I gained few lbs but I am not complaining it was worth it

Booked the wine tasting for four. initially we planned to do the outlook where we were given a wooden cabana to sit with our group from afar. It looks aesthetic and alluring, but when we sat inside to see how it was, it felt cold and the walls were so high that you couldn't even view the vineyard. one of those things where the idea is great, but execution not so much. Ended up on the heated terrace which was way more comfortable. Service: 2/5 our server didn't seem very knowledgeable about the wine when we asked questions and of the information that she gave us, it sounded like a list of notes from a description that the wine maker gave her. This was very disappointing. The entire interaction felt strange, and there was no eye contact. We all felt rushed because when we weren't done drinking the wine, she would always come in and tell us she's gonna pour us the next wine, then leave, just so we need to finish the current glass we had. In general, if we aren't able to finish a glass of wine fast enough, or we just don't want to it would be nice if the winery could provide more glasses for us to try the rest of the wines instead of being rushed and using the same glass for every round. Overall, this place is great if you want something very casual. It's such a fun place to sip on wine with friends. Butttt, if you are looking for a true wine experience to learn, this is not the place.

My husband and I just came back from Italy and Portugal, and comparing the wines they were much more complex here. Food is actually good and substantial here with a full kitchen to prepare the dishes instead of other wineries just taking things out of a package. The area is also beautiful and we happened to catch the leaves changing colors. Taking a walk around the property, it wasn't over crowded and the vibe was chill. Super easy process and check-in as well. From what I saw, there were two main histoic buildings and both had a lot of character. The older architecture and stone details gave it taht classic wine country feel without trying too hard. There was plenty of seating and the space felt open and comfortable. The wine lineup was solid and well curated. They're known for their reds, but I lean more toward the whites and still found a good variety to enjoy. What stood out most for me was the special guided tour our Sommelier done for us. I loved seeing the antiques and hearing about the history behind the buildings and how the winery came to be. It made the whole experience feel more meaningful instead of just going in for a tasting and leaving. I didn't leave with bottles this time, but I genuinely enjoyed the experience and everything I learned. Definitely will be back! Also there are some really nice antique stores very close by, so it's easy to make a whole afternoon out of it.

My girls and I went for my best friend's birthday and we honestly had such a wonderful time. When you call and inquire they tell you that non-members can only book on weekdays, so my girls and I made a reservation on a Friday. You pay up front for the total amount of people, which also includes tax and service tip, so when you arrive on the day of your reservation, no payment whatsoever is needed! It was $85, and with tax and service fee it came out to $111 each. When my girls and I arrived, we were greeted by a host named, Justin. She was immensely warm and inviting, basically sunshine in a person, and made us feel so welcome and comfortable!! She poured us a welcome glass of rose, and my girls and I were able to walk around the property (which was truly stunning) with our glasses. When we were seated, we were served rosemary almonds, and our server came up and introduced the history of the venue, as well as the menu, and wine. The menu was set, and it was absolutely incredible. This was the first time I felt as though this experience included an actual MEAL rather than an array of small bites or a small charcuterie platter: 1. fried olives 2. tomatoes and cucumbers with whipped feta (MY FAVORITE) 3. Prosciutto, melon and basil 4. Braised butterbeans with SCRIBE olive oil 5. House-made flatbread (so delicious) The wine was amazing, of course. We received about 4 glasses of 3 oz pours, which was enough for us. The Chardonnay was definitely my favorite. If you're ever in the Sonoma area, I HIGHLY recommend making a reservation you honestly WILL NOT REGRET IT.

We were sat promptly with a pour in hand already, and had a gorgeous view of the lemon trees and property. I cant remember our hosts name but she was super sweet, never pushy in us buying anything or liking anything. They brought out multiple blankets for us for the chilly weather and we waited about 10 minutes after being sat to get our snacks. The food was all so fresh, with lots of great flavor but also feeling healthy- we particularly loved the arancini and the bread with oil. The wines were all tasty but honestly, not as memorable as the views/staff/food- I think this winery is definitely worth a visit for those elements alone. I think the light red was probably my favorite but would be back for more food honestly :)

They start you off with complimentary bread and olive oil/balsamic vinegar which was delicious! The tastings are affordable, with the Taste of Italy at $30, which is what we opted for. For the Taste of Italy, you choose 4 wines from a list of white and reds. We chose the 2024 Arneis, 2024 Gilia, 2025 Dolcetto Nouveau, and 2021 Teroldego. Buying 2 bottles of wine waives 1 tasting fee. The Dolcetto Nouveau is a chilled red, which I've never had before. Wasn't particularly a fan, but interesting to try nonetheless. We reserved our tasting but they do walk-ins, which we noticed were seated at the bar. So if you'd like your own table, I would make a reservation to be sure. The day we went, we did an indoor tasting because it was so cold, they didn't do any outdoor tastings. The outdoor courtyard is covered, and they have a large event space with some wine barrels that I presume is for wedding receptions. You can walk out to the fountain and vineyards and take pictures. We went in December so of course the vines were bare, but overall still beautiful and peaceful. There is an olive oil tasting room and various products for purchase. We were so grateful to still be able to experience our wine tasting here. Leane reached out to us prior to our visit and let us know what to expect on the day of our tasting and asked if we had any dietary restrictions. The hospitality at Sangiacomo Family Wines is one of the many things that makes this wine tasting experience extra special. We were warmly welcomed by our wine tasting host and educator, Vlada, as soon as we arrived. We enjoyed a splash of Sauvignon Blanc that was amazing. Everyone that works here was so friendly and welcoming. Along the visit, you will see a collection of other wine labels from other wineries in Sonoma County and Napa Valley that get their wines from Sangiacomo vineyards. The amount of different wineries that get their fruit from Sangiacomo vineyards is impressive. Before being seated, we soaked in the stunning views of their vineyards on the property. We enjoyed a delicious spread of pastries, cheeses, and charcuterie, which we enjoyed as part of our visit. This winery is known for their exceptional Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Everything we sipped was absolutely amazing, and we loved all the wines we tried. Vlada was an exceptional host and we learned so much about this winery. We learned that this is a family owned winery that started out as a pear farm. It changed to a winery and love that it has remained a family owned winery over the years. Our tasting was cozy and we loved all the festive decor. The property has rustic trucks and a tractor on the property that they decorate during the different seasons. We were blown away by how much we loved all of their wines. We purchased a few bottles of wines to enjoy at a later date. An all around exceptional wine experience in Sonoma! Highly recommend to all!
