Classic diner vibe. I ordered a cheeseburger and shared chili cheese cries. Both of which were delicious. The burgers are similar to smash burgers and have a nice crispy char on them. The chili cheese fries were really good as well and coated the fries really well. The place was very clean and has a wide variety of options from burgers to shakes. You order and pay at the counter then recieve your food. This place had a consistent flow of people dining in and ordering take out. I was not a huge fan of the bun. It wasn't toasted and was a cheap bun, didn't match the burger. I also did not like the AI generated photos of the food. It didn't feel very accurate.

Very cute diner! Was walking past and decided to stop in to check out the menu and ended up walking out with a Pattys Burger Salad bowl. And it was delicious. Healthy but tasted amazing! I was greeted upon walking in. And it was a breath of fresh air. The lady was kind and immediately sent me the way of a menu. After ordering, it was quick. Took maybe 5 minutes max to get my food. The gentleman who took my order handed me the nicest to go menu ever!! I would have mistook it for a regular menu if he didn't say it was a To go menu when he handed it to me.

New addition to downtown Burlingame, Patty's looks welcoming with open space and nostalgic decor. There are 5-6 tables and bar seating. Not a ton of seating so keep that in mind! You order up at the cashier before you sit, so depending on how packed it is you may want to take it to go. All tables were full when we got there but thankfully we got one before our food came out. We had: Double Oklahoma smash burgers: 10/10 they were so good. The caramelized onions embedded into the patties was a nice touch. Super soft bun, melty cheese; and an outside crispyness to the patties. Perfection! Added house made smash sauce: great sauce, paired well with burger Peanut butter cup milkshake: 8/10. This milkshake tasted great it was just a little difficult to drink. Theres a lot of grit in the milkshake from peanuts or chopped up peanut butter cups. Often got stuck in the straw. They do give you a spoon as well but I prefer straw :) All in all a great smash burger joint and I'd definitely go again! P.S. the lady at the register was very friendly and welcoming

New restaurant in town on Broadway and its definitely a go to spot. You order at the register and find a seat. Service was patient and kind. The burgers are delicious! We got 2 kinds and it had so much flavor and juicy goodness. Really recommend. Also got the garlic fries. Cooked perfectly crispy will definitely be back for more the vibes and delicious food.

Not to shabby for this spot in Burlingame, smashed burgers with several ways to get it your way. Here is breakdown of what I sampled and how it faired. Chilli cheese fries - piping hot, good meat to bean ratio, heavy/filling you can share this but why lol, crispy fries Oklahoma smashed burger - you may need to do the double cause the patties are small lol, grilled onions and decent taste, you can opt for the impossible burger or wagyu meat , I stuck with the regular and was pretty happy with everything, I would order this again Son had the classic opted for the double with wagyu meat and side of fries his take on it was it was filling and delicious Daughter had the nuggets and fries, her take she would come back lol Super retro look and feel, scarce seating by the time you get your order seats open up. Definitely dine in Definitely if in the area try this spot Food **** Price $$ Service ***** helpful staff, friendly Ambiance **** retro, different, nostalgic

My husband and I were just walking around downtown and we took one look inside and it made us go in. It has that retro diner vibe with classic old Hollywood movie posters all around the walls. Everything was also very clean and surprisingly spacious, which made it comfortable to sit and enjoy the meal. Service was excellent from start to finish. The person taking our order was genuinely friendly, and our food came out very quickly We kept it simple with a burger and garlic parmesan fries. The fries were so good. They were crispy and perfectly cooked with a great balance of garlic and parmesan flavor and not too salty either. The burger was good but I wish the bun had been better. Overall, a really enjoyable experience with great service and atmosphere.

Came here for lunch and I was disappointed. We ordered a pattys melt and bbq smash burger with an order of Parmesan garlic fries and chili cheese fries. Paid over $60 for 4 items. The patty melt was thin and felt like it was missing something. You can view the pic in this review and see why. The saving grace was the chili cheese fries which were crispy with a very tasty chili. But like I said, that's pretty much the only redeeming quality. Won't be coming back unless quality changes.

Must try if your in the Burlingame area. Was craving a smash burger and found this place in the way home. The decor has an old school diner feel. Straight forward menu with great service. Got the Oklahoma double smash burger with garlic fries and it didn't disappoint. They have amazing ranch that's made in house as well.

Came here Saturday evening for dinner. My partner and I ordered to go. Restaurant was pretty busy and the line was long. We were quoted 40 mins for our food to be ready (took about 50+ mins). A little pricey for what you get, 2 burgers, onion rings and chili cheese fries came out to $58. Food is just okay. Chili could be a little thicker and maybe a little more cheese on there. Burgers were a bit salty but condiments on there slightly balanced them out. Love that there's different options on Broadway however, I don't think it's worth the price point.

I decided to start exploring more spots that my boyfriend enjoys such as smash burger places. Burgers aren't usually my go-to, so when I do go, it better be good. Luckily, Patty's Diner definitely delivered. After seeing the nice pictures of the place in yelp that caught my attention, it was nice to see that it lives up in person as the space is bright and welcoming with a cool, modern diner aesthetic. There's a good amount of seating and the decor is fun and clean. The menu is simple but still offers plenty of options for different tastes: burgers, sandwiches, salads, shakes, fries, chili, hot dogs, and more. My boyfriend got the Patty's Smash (double) and I ordered the Oklahoma Smash. We also shared a vanilla milkshake and onion rings with garlic aioli. Everything was great. Even though burgers aren't usually my go-to, I would absolutely come back. The flavors were spot on and the burger held together well the whole time; nothing messy or falling apart, and honestly nothing I would change. The only small thing I might suggest is serving the milkshake in a traditional diner-style glass when dining in, just for the experience. That said, having it in a to-go cup is actually really convenient if you can't finish and want to bring the rest with you. Service was quick, food arrive fast. They were also friendly, and the owner, Keith, even came by to introduce himself, which was a nice touch. Parking is street parking, but it wasn't an issue since it's on the quieter side of Burlingame. Overall, a really solid smash burger spot that I'd happily return to.

What a wonderful addition on Broadway. The ambiance and decor is beautiful. Tried the smash burger with the regular fries. Was very impressed, tasted fresh and delicious. Service was prompt and staff were friendly. Will definitely return and try a shake next time.

Newly-opened Patty's Diner has a 50s retro theme complete with counter seating, checkered floors, & American staples like burgers & floats on the menu. Their launch was announced by several local publications. Friday evening, a line crept from the cash register back to the front door We met the couple at the helm with the wife taking our order & the husband delivering food to our table. We ordered a little of everything: -- strawberry shake, & a Black Cherry float with soda straight from the bottle, giving it a strong sweet & syrupy taste. -- beer battered onion rings which arrived room temp but were nonetheless delicious. Side of ranch was $2 which gave us a bit of sticker shock. -- positive comments for his San Francisco Hot Dog (c'mon, bacon-wrapped anything is great) & BBQ Smash Burger. -- Oklahoma Smash Burger had finely-sliced onions griddled into the thin beef patty for maximum juiciness. As Patty's is only about a month young, do bring your patience when you bring your appetite.

My Chili Cheese Fries were chunky/ crispy but where was the cheese and onion? No Fritos next time

The two thin pork chops were supposedly marinated, but I couldn't tell from tasting them. They were over cooked--dry, tough and needed some herbs. DH had the cheeseburger with potato salad and praised the meal. He also devoured my dessert--ice cream with chocolate sauce. Service was friendly and efficient, making me want to return.
