My kids father asked if they had lime ice cream in Spanish and the server said with an attitude "I don't speak Spanish" and was rushing them to make a decision without appearing to help them. The server asked my 8 year old daughter to show her father the flavors instead of the worker navigating this interaction and proving the flavors as it's her JOB! It's Important to provide good customer service to all customers no matter their dialect and don't expect for a child to be doing their job. Very disappointing

The s'mores flavor has bourbon. The biscoff latte had a nice flavor, but the texture was sticky? Not sure how to describe it.. it was thick but not in a creamy way. Anyway, my friend had to ask if someone could clean an outdoor table outside (it was so sticky that a napkin couldn't clean it off), but they didn't clean the other tables around us even though they were also very dirty. It was a hot Thursday night and it people were coming in all night. I thought service inside was great though (we had a different crew than who cleaned the table for us). They explained their offerings and suggested flavors. I wouldn't mind coming back to try their dirty sodas.
